氣相色譜法測定三氯蔗糖中的甲醇殘留量

【摘要】:目的:建立測定三氯蔗糖中甲醇殘留量的方法。方法:采用頂空毛細管氣相色譜法。色譜柱為DB-624毛細管色譜柱,柱溫采用程序升溫(初始溫度35℃,保持5 min,以50℃/min升溫至200℃,保持5 min),檢測器為氫火焰離子化檢測器。進樣口溫度為220℃,檢測器溫度為250℃,載氣為氮氣,流速為2.0 ml/min,分流比為10∶1,頂空溫度為80℃,平衡時間為30 min,進樣量為1 ml。結(jié)果:甲醇質(zhì)量濃度在98.99~296.96μg/ml范圍內(nèi)與峰面積比值呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 9);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗的RSD均≤2.16%;平均加樣回收率為100.20%,RSD為0.48%(n=9)。三氯蔗糖最低檢測限為1.39μg/ml。3個廠家樣品中有1個廠家的甲醇殘留量為3.12μg/ml,另2個廠家的甲醇殘留量低于最低檢測限。結(jié)論:該方法簡便、快捷,適用于三氯蔗糖中甲醇的殘留量測定。
