茜素紅-鋱光譜探針共振瑞利散射法測(cè)定加替沙星

【摘要】:提出了共振瑞利散射光譜法測(cè)定人體血漿,尿樣中加替沙星含量的方法。在p H5.5~6.5的HAc-Na Ac緩沖溶液中,加替沙星(Gatifloxacin,GTFX)與Tb(Ⅲ)反應(yīng)形成的二元螯合物共振瑞利散射(Resonance Rayleigh Scattering,RRS)強(qiáng)度極弱,但當(dāng)其進(jìn)一步與酸性染料茜素紅反應(yīng)形成三元離子締合物時(shí),RRS顯著增強(qiáng),其最大散射波長(zhǎng)分別位于373 nm和605nm處。在373 nm處,方法的線性范圍和檢出限分別為0~5.26μg·m L-1和7.5 ng·m L-1。本法簡(jiǎn)便、快速,并具有良好的選擇性,用于片劑,人尿液和血漿中加替沙星含量的測(cè)定,其回收率在96.1~104.5%。
