三七中皂苷成分及其藥理作用的研究進展

摘 要：三七是我國傳統(tǒng)中藥材，具有抗炎、止血、抗衰老、抗腫瘤等藥理活性。三七主要活性成分為皂苷，目前已獲取70多種皂苷成分。將從三七的不同部位角度，對三七中皂苷成分進行綜述。由于大部分皂苷成分均從三七根中獲取，而固液分離法和液液分離法是獲取皂苷的傳統(tǒng)方法，故將進一步根據(jù)獲取方法的不同，對三七根中的皂苷成分進行概述。同時將對三七中皂苷成分藥理活性進行簡單概述，為三七研究與開發(fā)提供有價值的參考。

Advances in study on saponins in manax notoginseng and their pharmacological activities

Abstract: manax notoginseng, is one of conventional Chinese crude medicine with the pharmacological function of anti-inflammation, hemostasis, anti-aging, anti-tumor, etc. The active constituent is recognized as saponins. To date, more than 70 dammarane-type triterpenoids have been obtained from m. notoginseng. Since saponins can be obtained from the different parts of mK notoginseng, according to the different parts, this review summarizes the different saponins. Moreover, saponins are almost obtained from the roots of m. notoginseng, and liquid-solid isolation and liquid-liquid isolation are the main technologies for obtaining saponins. So by the different technologies, we summarize the saponins obtained from the roots of m. notoginseng and their pharmacological activities to provide the valuable reference for researching and developing m. notoginseng.

三七manax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen為五

加科人參屬植物，是我國名貴中藥材，也是云南獨

具特色的中藥材資源。三七用于治療疾病有悠久的

歷史，在《本草綱目》以前的《醫(yī)門秘旨》、《跌損

妙方》中已有記載。皂苷是三七的主要有效成分之

一，迄今為止，已從三七的不同部位（根、莖葉、

花蕾、種子等）分離得到70余種單體皂苷，這些單

體皂苷成分大多數(shù)可分為達瑪烷型的20(p)-原人參

二醇 [20(p)-protopanaxadio] 和20(p)-原人參三醇

[20(p)-peotopanaxatriol] 2種類型。其中人參皂苷Rb1是主要的原人參二醇型皂苷，人參皂苷Re、Rg1和三七皂苷R1是主要的原人參三醇型皂苷成分，該4種成分（結(jié)構(gòu)式見圖1）在三七總皂苷中的量分別為30%、2.5%、20%、2.5%。其中人參皂苷Rg1、改善心肌缺血、Rb1和三七皂苷R1在維持血液循環(huán)、抗心律失常、抗休克、鎮(zhèn)靜、提高智力、抗衰老、抗氧化、抗細胞增殖和抗腫瘤等方面均顯示出一定的藥理作用[1-4]。
