【摘要】： 警民關(guān)系是公安工作中最基本、最重要的社會關(guān)系。警民關(guān)系和諧與否,關(guān)系到公安事業(yè)的盛衰成敗和社會的安寧團結(jié),關(guān)系到社會主義和諧社會奮斗目標(biāo)能否順利實現(xiàn)。文章以馬克思主義倫理學(xué)理論為支撐,立足于當(dāng)前警民關(guān)系異化這一客觀現(xiàn)實,以中國新時期警民關(guān)系為研究對象,以警民關(guān)系不和諧現(xiàn)象為研究切入點,以原因分析為研究的關(guān)鍵點,借助倫理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,探究和諧警民關(guān)系的道德建構(gòu)途徑。 本文第一部分從警民關(guān)系的概念入手,界定警民關(guān)系,論證警民關(guān)系的倫理本質(zhì),提出警民關(guān)系的核心價值屬性,分析當(dāng)前警民關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀。第二部分從倫理學(xué)的角度,立足于社會關(guān)系全局,從社會、警察、群眾三個方面分析引起警民關(guān)系不和諧的倫理原因。第三部分從加強和諧警民關(guān)系倫理建設(shè)的角度,在宏觀層面架構(gòu)和諧警民關(guān)系的倫理規(guī)范體系,提出和諧警民關(guān)系的道德原則和基本道德范疇；在微觀層面從社會、警察及人民群眾角度,尋求構(gòu)建和諧警民關(guān)系的倫理措施,為我國警民關(guān)系建設(shè)探索一條有效的道德路徑,實現(xiàn)警民關(guān)系長久和諧。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the police and the people is the most basic and important social relationship in the public security work. Whether the relationship between the police and the people is harmonious or not is related to the success or failure of the public security cause and the peace and unity of the society, and whether the goal of the socialist harmonious society can be realized smoothly. Based on the Marxist ethics theory and the objective reality of the alienation of the relationship between the police and the people, the article takes the relationship between the police and the people in the new period of China as the research object, and takes the disharmonious phenomenon of the relationship between the police and the people as the starting point. Taking cause analysis as the key point, this paper explores the moral construction of harmonious relationship between police and the people with the help of the relevant theories of ethics. The first part of this paper starts with the concept of the relationship between the police and the people, defines the relationship between the police and the public, demonstrates the ethical nature of the relationship between the police and the public, puts forward the core value attribute of the relationship between the police and the public, and analyzes the present situation of the relationship between the police and The second part, from the angle of ethics, based on the overall situation of social relations, analyzes the ethical causes of disharmony between the police and the people from three aspects: the society, the police and the masses. In the third part, from the point of view of strengthening the ethical construction of the harmonious relationship between the police and the people, the author sets up the ethical norm system of the harmonious relationship between the police and the people at the macro level, and puts forward the moral principles and basic moral categories of the harmonious relationship between the police and the people. From the point of view of the police and the people, we seek the ethical measures to build a harmonious relationship between the police and the people, to explore an effective moral path for the construction of the relationship between the police and the people, and to realize the long-term harmony of the relationship between the police and the people.
