【摘要】：隨著供應(yīng)鏈管理理論的普及和應(yīng)用,采購(gòu)由企業(yè)一項(xiàng)具有獨(dú)立職能的管理工作正向供應(yīng)鏈的綜合性管理轉(zhuǎn)變,采購(gòu)管理成為與企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略決策密切相關(guān)的重要職能,采購(gòu)過(guò)程已成為企業(yè)重要的經(jīng)營(yíng)增效途徑,如何加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)企業(yè)的采購(gòu)管理,對(duì)企業(yè)管理升級(jí)、提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等都具有重要意義。ZTS集團(tuán)做為一個(gè)以銅采礦和銅冶煉為主業(yè)的特大型企業(yè)集團(tuán),銅原料采購(gòu)已成為企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性工作,尤其是在目前全球經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇乏力、我國(guó)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行供給側(cè)改革的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,如何做好企業(yè)的銅原料采購(gòu)管理工作,對(duì)企業(yè)做大做優(yōu)做強(qiáng)十分關(guān)鍵。本文在分析ZTS集團(tuán)銅原料采購(gòu)管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的采購(gòu)管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理和供應(yīng)商管理理論,研究和破解ZTS集團(tuán)銅原料采購(gòu)存在的單一的集中采購(gòu)管理模式、采購(gòu)管理流程不完善和供應(yīng)商評(píng)估和選擇不科學(xué)等主要問(wèn)題,試圖通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)采購(gòu)管理新模式、改進(jìn)現(xiàn)有的采購(gòu)管理流程,為提高集團(tuán)銅原料采購(gòu)管理水平找到合適的改進(jìn)途徑和辦法,實(shí)現(xiàn)物流鏈、資金鏈和信息流等方面的協(xié)同一致;找到切合ZTS集團(tuán)實(shí)際的供應(yīng)商評(píng)估與選擇方法,并形成一定量的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴群,為集團(tuán)大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)條件下的銅原料供應(yīng)提供保障。通過(guò)本次研究,不僅可以改進(jìn)ZTS集團(tuán)銅原料采購(gòu)管理工作,提高集團(tuán)采購(gòu)管理效率。同時(shí),也對(duì)有色金屬冶煉行業(yè)運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的管理理論和手段,降本增效,轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the popularization and application of supply chain management theory, procurement is changing from a management with independent functions to a comprehensive supply chain management. Procurement management has become an important function closely related to enterprise strategic decision. The procurement process has become an important way for enterprises to increase efficiency. How to strengthen and improve the procurement management of enterprises, and upgrade the management of enterprises, As a large enterprise group with copper mining and copper smelting as the main industry, copper raw material procurement has become a strategic work of enterprises, especially in the current global economic recovery is weak. In the key period of supply-side reform in the real economy of our country, how to manage the copper raw materials procurement in enterprises is very important to the enterprises to become bigger, better and stronger. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of copper raw material purchase management in ZTS Group, this paper studies and deciphers the single centralized purchasing management mode of copper raw material purchase in ZTS Group by using advanced purchasing management, supply chain management and supplier management theory. The main problems such as imperfect procurement management process and unscientific supplier evaluation and selection attempt to improve the existing procurement management process by designing a new procurement management model of the group. In order to improve the purchasing management level of copper raw materials, we can find suitable ways and methods to improve the management of copper raw materials, realize the coordination of logistics chain, financial chain and information flow, and find out the method of supplier evaluation and selection suitable for ZTS Group. And form a certain number of strategic partners for the group under the conditions of large-scale production of copper raw materials to provide security. Through this research, we can not only improve the procurement management of copper raw materials in ZTS Group, but also improve the efficiency of Group Procurement Management. At the same time, it also has certain reference significance for nonferrous metal smelting industry to use advanced management theory and means, reduce cost and increase efficiency, and transform and develop.
