【摘要】:針對(duì)J公司鋼鋸條生產(chǎn)流通合格率低的問題,引入六西格瑪質(zhì)量管理模式對(duì)鋸條生產(chǎn)車間存在的問題進(jìn)行研究。對(duì)鋸條生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行遍歷分析并初步確定原因范圍,運(yùn)用失效模式及影響分析(FMEA)進(jìn)行篩選,確定影響鋸條流通合格率的關(guān)鍵因素。并采用正交試驗(yàn)法對(duì)關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)以尋求最佳的生產(chǎn)條件組合,進(jìn)行先導(dǎo)性研究,對(duì)改善效果進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)合Minitab統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件的應(yīng)用,對(duì)改善過程中的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,最終幫助J公司實(shí)現(xiàn)了六西格瑪管理模式在鋸條生產(chǎn)車間的成功導(dǎo)入,有效提高了鋸條生產(chǎn)流通合格率及企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理水平。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of low qualified rate of steel saw blade production in J Company, six Sigma quality management model was introduced to study the problems existing in saw blade production workshop. The traversal analysis of the production process of saw blade is carried out and the cause range is preliminarily determined. The failure mode and influence analysis are used to screen out the key factors that affect the qualified rate of the saw blade circulation. The orthogonal test was used to design the key factors in order to find the best combination of production conditions, to carry out the pilot study and to test the improvement effect. Combined with the application of Minitab statistical software, this paper analyzes the statistical data in the process of improvement, and finally helps J Company to realize the successful introduction of six Sigma management mode in the saw blade production workshop. Effectively improve the production and circulation of saw blade qualified rate and enterprise quality management level.
