【摘要】：近幾年,隨著國外家電品牌的不斷涌入,本土的消費市場已逐漸達到飽和狀態(tài),我國家電制造業(yè)之間的競爭已呈現(xiàn)出白熱化的態(tài)勢,盈利模式嚴重同質(zhì)化的弊端被展現(xiàn)無疑。制造業(yè)想要打破企業(yè)間的競爭壁壘,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,如何避“重”就“輕”,成功實現(xiàn)向“輕資產(chǎn)盈利模式”的轉(zhuǎn)型就顯得十分重要。本文通過運用文獻研究法、歸納法、案例研究法等方法,以格力電器為案例,通過對格力電器應用輕資產(chǎn)盈利模式的過程進行探索,并對各環(huán)節(jié)的財務績效進行分析,并通過案例啟示總結(jié)其經(jīng)驗,以期為其他企業(yè)提供借鑒。格力電器通過輕資產(chǎn)盈利模式的應用,將自身品牌形象、營銷渠道、產(chǎn)品、科研技術(shù)等優(yōu)勢資源進行有效配置,使公司的盈利能力、資產(chǎn)管理能力,現(xiàn)金流質(zhì)量等有了大幅度的提升,同時實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)價值的最大化。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),輕資產(chǎn)盈利模式對格力電器是適用的,該模式在格力電器的應用也是比較成功的。本文關于輕資產(chǎn)盈利模式的研究是一個新的應用領域,一定程度上為相關理論和實踐做了補充。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous influx of foreign household electrical appliance brands, the local consumer market has gradually reached saturation state, the competition between the domestic appliance manufacturing industry has shown the situation of white-hot, and the malpractice of serious homogenization of profit model has been unquestionably revealed. If the manufacturing industry wants to break down the barrier of competition among enterprises and realize sustainable development, it is very important to avoid "heavy" and "light", and to successfully realize the transformation to "light asset profit mode". By using the methods of literature research, induction, case study and so on, this paper takes Gree electric appliance as a case, explores the process of Gree electric appliance applying light asset profit model, and analyzes the financial performance of each link. And summarizes its experience through the case enlightenment, in order to provide the reference for other enterprises. Gree Electric Appliances, through the application of light asset profit model, effectively allocates its own brand image, marketing channel, products, scientific research technology and other superior resources, so that the company's profitability, asset management ability, Cash flow quality has been greatly improved, at the same time to maximize the value of enterprises. It is found that the profit model of light assets is applicable to Gree, and the application of this model in Gree is more successful. In this paper, the research on the profit model of light assets is a new application field, which complements the theory and practice to some extent.
