北京市交管局卡口一期工程全生命周期研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代項目管理發(fā)展到今天,被廣泛應(yīng)用于科學(xué)研究項目,各種服務(wù)項目,建筑工程項目,以及本文要研究的計算機(jī)工程類項目。在軟件工程中有對軟件生命周期的具體定義,并且基于此概念對軟件的立項,開發(fā),調(diào)試,測試及其后期運營有著一整套的方法學(xué)。 針對以上理論,本文通過以北京市某計算機(jī)公司建設(shè)某檢查站交通違法自動檢測系統(tǒng)為例,把計算機(jī)工程的信息系統(tǒng)管理與軟件工程中的軟件生命周期結(jié)合起來,詳細(xì)描繪了信息系統(tǒng)項目的特點和管理過程。本文首先對信息系統(tǒng)集成項目管理過程中用到的管理知識和軟件管理中的方法進(jìn)行了概述;其次,通過對此例的各階段羅列,給出每階段需要做的具體工作及其成本,給出可行性分析;然后,運用已介紹的項目管理知識,方法和工具,結(jié)合計算機(jī)信息系統(tǒng)管理的特點,對項目各個周期所做的具體工作進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述;最后總結(jié)本項目的經(jīng)驗,提出了有關(guān)計算機(jī)工程類的信息系統(tǒng)管理所需要考慮的問題和生命周期的可行性和意義,并提出一些建議以供參考。 本文所做的工作還有通過對已經(jīng)完成的信息系統(tǒng)項目的分析,給出了每個生命周期階段所必須有的輸入物和輸出物,以及要重視的各個劃分的活動環(huán)節(jié),對它們進(jìn)行了合理的排序,并運用甘特圖,關(guān)鍵路徑法,wbs分解結(jié)構(gòu),pdca循環(huán)等項目管理工具,對已經(jīng)完成的項目做了一部分優(yōu)化,小幅減少了花費在此項目的項目時間和變更時產(chǎn)生的額外開支,還提出了此項目在實施過程中存在的問題以及相對應(yīng)的措施,主要總結(jié)了四大問題,使得此類項目在以后的實施過程中,能夠減少進(jìn)度和成本的變更,提高了質(zhì)量,規(guī)避了一定風(fēng)險,提高了項目方和項目干系人的效益。最后得出了再進(jìn)行此類項目施工所需要注意的四大要點,這是一個普適性的結(jié)論,對本人以后開展此類工作提供了經(jīng)驗和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The development of modern project management has been widely used in scientific research projects, various service projects, construction projects, as well as computer engineering projects to be studied in this paper. There is a specific definition of software life cycle in software engineering, and based on this concept, there is a complete set of methodology for the establishment, development, debugging, testing and later operation of software. In view of the above theory, this paper combines the information system management of computer engineering with the software life cycle of software engineering by taking a certain computer company in Beijing as an example to build an automatic detection system for traffic violations at a certain checkpoint. The characteristics and management process of the information system project are described in detail. In this paper, the management knowledge used in the process of information system integration project management and the methods used in software management are summarized. Secondly, by listing each stage of this example, the specific work and the cost of each stage are given. The feasibility analysis is given, and then the detailed work of each cycle of the project is described in detail by using the introduced knowledge, methods and tools of project management and combining the characteristics of the management of computer information system. Finally, this paper summarizes the experience of this project, puts forward the problems that need to be considered in the management of computer engineering information system and the feasibility and significance of life cycle, and puts forward some suggestions for reference. The work done in this paper also shows the necessary inputs and outputs for each phase of the life cycle through an analysis of the information systems projects that have been completed, as well as the activities to be taken into account. By using Gantt diagram, critical path method, WBS decomposition structure, PDCA cycle and other project management tools, the completed projects are partially optimized. Small reduction in the project time spent on the project and the additional expenses incurred when the change, also proposed the implementation of the project in the process of problems and corresponding measures, mainly summarized the four major problems, It can reduce the change of schedule and cost, improve the quality, avoid certain risks, and improve the benefit of the project and the stakeholders. Finally, four main points that need to be paid attention to in the construction of this kind of project are obtained, which is a general conclusion and provides experience and reference for me to carry out this kind of work in the future.
