自我損耗對(duì)工作場(chǎng)所安全的影響及緩解途徑

【摘要】:員工安全行為是工作場(chǎng)所安全的重要保障,而自我控制資源損耗會(huì)對(duì)安全行為產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。研究擬借鑒自我控制資源有限模型,結(jié)合行為和生理指標(biāo),探討工作要求和辱虐管理通過損耗個(gè)體自我控制資源對(duì)安全行為的影響,并從特質(zhì)自我控制和自動(dòng)化安全趨近傾向兩個(gè)角度探索上述效應(yīng)的緩解機(jī)制。此外,研究擬采用心率變異性作為自我損耗的生理測(cè)量。研究有助于從自我控制資源的角度理解員工不安全行為的影響因素、發(fā)生機(jī)制和緩解方法。
[Abstract]:Employee safety behavior is an important guarantee of workplace safety, and the loss of self-control resources will have a negative impact on safety behavior. Based on the limited model of self-control resources and the combination of behavior and physiological indexes, the effects of job requirements and abusive management on safety behavior through the loss of individual self-control resources were discussed. And explore the mitigation mechanism of the above effects from two angles of trait self-control and automatic security approaching tendency. In addition, heart rate variability was used as a physiological measure of self-loss. The study is helpful to understand the influencing factors, mechanisms and mitigation methods of employee unsafe behavior from the perspective of self-controlling resources.
