【摘要】:以訂單式生產(chǎn)為主的離散型制造企業(yè),大多采取多品種、小批量混合加工的生產(chǎn)模式,來(lái)達(dá)到消費(fèi)者對(duì)產(chǎn)品更加個(gè)性化、多樣化的要求。在面向訂單式制造企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,由于,車(chē)間物料種類繁多,數(shù)量不一,加工時(shí)間不固定等問(wèn)題,因此,設(shè)計(jì)一套完整的車(chē)間物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送實(shí)施方案以及智能化物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送系統(tǒng)來(lái)保證此生產(chǎn)模式順利運(yùn)行。傳統(tǒng)的拉動(dòng)式配送、周期性配送均屬于被動(dòng)式配送,經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)配送不及時(shí)、不精確、不合理的現(xiàn)象,從而導(dǎo)致線邊庫(kù)存出現(xiàn)缺料或者積壓現(xiàn)象。現(xiàn)有的準(zhǔn)時(shí)制物料配送缺乏對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)時(shí)工況的處理,沒(méi)有一套完整的行之有效的實(shí)施方案。針對(duì)以上研究現(xiàn)狀,本論文主要對(duì)以下部分做出研究:(1)物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送系統(tǒng)中關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與方法研究。為了解決物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送中的實(shí)時(shí)物料數(shù)據(jù)信息采集與最優(yōu)配送時(shí)間窗口以及最佳配送數(shù)量的確實(shí)。本文先從車(chē)間物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送中的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題入手進(jìn)行研究:配送時(shí)間點(diǎn)、數(shù)量、次數(shù)。運(yùn)用改進(jìn)時(shí)間懲罰函數(shù)公式與分析圖相結(jié)合的方法求出最優(yōu)配送時(shí)間點(diǎn)、最佳配送數(shù)量。同時(shí),根據(jù)“一車(chē)多位”的思想規(guī)劃最少的配送車(chē)次,利用高德地圖的工作原理規(guī)劃最優(yōu)路徑,接著,基于RFID的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù)與電子看板的實(shí)數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控、追溯功能,避免因物料配送信息傳遞的滯后性,而出現(xiàn)物料配送的不及時(shí)、不準(zhǔn)確、不合理現(xiàn)象。(2)多目標(biāo)車(chē)間物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送模型研究。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)影響物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送的一些動(dòng)態(tài)影響因素問(wèn)題,例如:實(shí)時(shí)工況變化,緊急插單、變更,工位調(diào)整等。這種動(dòng)態(tài)影響因素會(huì)帶來(lái)配送成本、配送周期、配送車(chē)次等的變化,故本文設(shè)定以最短配送時(shí)間、最少配送次數(shù)和最低配送成本為多目標(biāo),建立物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送多目標(biāo)數(shù)學(xué)模型,并用改進(jìn)混合PSO來(lái)優(yōu)化此配送模型。進(jìn)而以某造紙機(jī)械公司生產(chǎn)的二壓導(dǎo)軌裝置為實(shí)際案例,進(jìn)行實(shí)例分析,并用MATLAB仿真軟件對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證分析。(3)設(shè)計(jì)一種車(chē)間物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案。為了解決在準(zhǔn)時(shí)制生產(chǎn)模式下,缺乏在物料配送信息管理的思想下建立一套行之有效的整體實(shí)施方案問(wèn)題。本文特意結(jié)合物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送中的一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與方法,以及物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送模型,設(shè)計(jì)一套完整的車(chē)間物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案,并以二維、三維流程圖的形式更加形象的描述其運(yùn)行過(guò)程。同時(shí),針對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的車(chē)間物料準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方案,運(yùn)用UML.VS2005和SQL2008等建模工具構(gòu)建原型系統(tǒng),驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)方案的正確性與可行性。
[Abstract]:To order the production of discrete manufacturing enterprises, mostly adopt multi varieties, small batch mixed production mode, to consumers more personalized products, diversified requirements. In order for the manufacturing enterprises in the production process, the workshop, the material variety, quantity, processing time is not fixed such problems, therefore, the design of a complete set of workshop material delivery plan and intelligent material delivery system to ensure the smooth running of pull production mode. The traditional distribution, periodical distribution and distribution are passive, often is not timely delivery, not accurate, unreasonable phenomenon, resulting in line inventory shortage or backlog. The JIT material distribution of lack of real-time status, not a complete set of effective implementation scheme for the above. The research status, this paper made a research on the following parts: (1) research on the key technology and method of material delivery system. In order to solve the problem of material delivery in real-time material data information collection and optimal delivery time window and do the best distribution quantity. This paper starts from the first workshop material delivery in several key issues study: delivery time, number of times. By using the method of improved time penalty function formula and analysis chart combining the optimal delivery time, the best delivery quantity. At the same time, according to "a car" the idea of minimum distribution planning trips, the use of high moral map of the working principle of the optimal path planning, then RFID, real data monitoring, real-time data acquisition technology and electronic Kanban based on tracing function, avoid the lag of transfer material distribution information, and the material distribution Delivery is not timely, accurate, unreasonable phenomenon. (2) research on time distribution model of multi-objective shop material. Influence of material delivery of some dynamic factors, often in the actual production process such as: real time working condition, emergency inserting, change position adjustment. The dynamic impact factors will bring the cost of delivery, delivery cycle, change the distribution of trips, so this paper set the shortest delivery time, delivery times and at least the minimum distribution cost for multi target, set up the material delivery multi-objective mathematical model, and use PSO to optimize the distribution of the improved hybrid model. At the same time, the implementation scheme for the design of the workshop material delivery system, a prototype system is constructed by using UML.VS2005 and SQL2008 modeling tool, the correctness and feasibility of the design are verified.
