熱管復合型環(huán)控機組用多功能殼管式換器設(shè)計與實驗

【摘要】:針對蒸汽壓縮/熱管復合型環(huán)控機組的研發(fā)需要,基于小型化、系統(tǒng)安全可靠性和良好的能量調(diào)節(jié)特性為目標,設(shè)計了一種兼為冷凝蒸發(fā)器和儲液器為一體的多功能殼管式換熱器。多功能殼管式換熱器管程為蒸發(fā)側(cè),由數(shù)個獨立的制冷單元蒸發(fā)管簇組成,通過啟停制冷單元的數(shù)量來調(diào)控熱負荷的寬幅變化。殼程為冷凝側(cè),第二制冷工質(zhì)在室內(nèi)側(cè)吸熱蒸發(fā)后回到換熱器,依次通過進口,均流板,蒸發(fā)管簇,被冷凝和過冷后儲存在殼程下部,經(jīng)屏蔽泵輸送的用冷場所吸熱。該換熱器結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、換熱穩(wěn)定、工作可靠,依靠調(diào)節(jié)供液量和供液溫度能快速響應(yīng)被控對象熱負荷變化。 課題主要工作內(nèi)容有:(1)收集分析國內(nèi)外技術(shù)資料,根據(jù)用戶需求及空調(diào)對象負荷特性,為熱管復合型環(huán)控機組用多功能殼管式換熱器設(shè)計提供依據(jù);(2)根據(jù)熱管復合型環(huán)控機組運行原理及控制需求,提出多功能殼管式換熱器設(shè)計方案;進行60kw多功能殼管式換熱器設(shè)計,并對60kw熱管復合型實驗平臺進行設(shè)計;(3)進行實驗機組平臺搭建,對工程樣件進行性能測試。課題取得階段性成果:1)根據(jù)熱管復合型環(huán)控機組運行控制理論,完成多功能殼管式換熱器的設(shè)計,并試制了換熱器樣件;2)完成60kw熱管復合型環(huán)控機組的實驗平臺設(shè)計,結(jié)合多功能殼管式換熱器進行了實驗平臺的搭建;3)對多功能殼管式換熱器進行性能實驗,并結(jié)合整機對實驗結(jié)果進行分析。 實驗表明多功能殼管式換熱器滿足了熱力設(shè)計要求,換熱性能良好,穩(wěn)定性高,易于實現(xiàn)對熱管循環(huán)中循環(huán)泵的精確控制,在壓縮制冷模式下對冷量需求可以通過啟停制冷單元數(shù)量來靈活控制,有利于機組節(jié)能。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the research and development needs of steam compression / heat pipe composite environmental control unit, it is based on miniaturization, system safety and reliability and good energy regulation characteristics. A kind of multifunctional shell and tube heat exchanger is designed, which is a condenser and a liquid storage unit. The tube side of the multi-function shell and tube heat exchanger is evaporative side, which is composed of several independent evaporative tube clusters of refrigeration units. The shell side is the condensation side, the second refrigerant returns to the heat exchanger after endothermic evaporation at the indoor side, and then through the inlet, the flow sharing plate, and the evaporative tube cluster. The heat exchanger is stored in the lower part of the shell after condensation and undercooling and absorbed heat in the cooling place transported by shield pump. The heat exchanger has compact structure stable heat transfer and reliable operation. By adjusting the amount of liquid supply and the temperature of liquid supply, we can quickly respond to the change of heat load of the controlled object. The main work of this paper is to collect and analyze the technical data at home and abroad, and to provide the basis for the design of multi-function shell and tube heat exchanger for heat pipe compound environmental control unit according to the demand of users and the load characteristics of air conditioning objects. 2) according to the operation principle and control requirement of heat pipe compound environmental control unit, the design scheme of multi-function shell tube heat exchanger is put forward. The 60kW multifunctional shell and tube heat exchanger is designed, and the 60kw heat pipe compound experimental platform is designed. The platform of the experimental unit is built and the performance of the engineering sample is tested. The subject has achieved the stage result: 1) according to the operation control theory of the heat pipe composite environmental control unit. The design of the multifunctional shell and tube heat exchanger is completed, and the sample of the heat exchanger is produced. 2) the experimental platform of 60kW heat pipe compound environmental control unit is designed, and the experimental platform is built in combination with multi-function shell tube heat exchanger. 3) the performance experiment of multifunctional shell-tube heat exchanger is carried out, and the experimental results are analyzed in combination with the whole machine. The experimental results show that the multi-function shell and tube heat exchanger meets the requirements of thermal design, has good heat transfer performance, high stability, and is easy to realize the accurate control of the circulating pump in the heat pipe cycle. In the compression refrigeration mode, the demand for cooling capacity can be flexibly controlled by the number of starting and stopping refrigeration units, which is beneficial to the energy saving of the unit.
