遙感圖像光照一致性校正

【摘要】:光照條件是圖像成像過程中的重要條件之一,影響圖像的質(zhì)量,很多情況下要求圖像具有光照一致性,如高低分辨率圖像對比法計(jì)算圖像的MTF值、遙感圖像拼接、人臉識別、顏色恒常性研究等領(lǐng)域,因此圖像的光照一致性問題引起國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛研究。本文的研究目的是提出一種有效的多幅圖像光照一致性校正方法,能夠使不滿足光照一致性的圖像經(jīng)過處理后,滿足這一條件,從而應(yīng)用于各領(lǐng)域。 本文的研究思路是首先通過單幅圖像光照校正方法消除單幅圖像內(nèi)的光照不均,然后通過多幅圖像間的光照校正方法使圖像間光照一致,最后再通過定量評價(jià)方法結(jié)合主觀視覺感受來評價(jià)多幅圖像的光照一致性和校正方法的有效性。通過觀察大量的真實(shí)遙感圖像,發(fā)現(xiàn)圖像的光照情況可分為幾大類,偏暗、偏亮或?qū)Ρ榷鹊偷惹闆r,若直接對這些圖像進(jìn)行光照一致性校正,效果并不理性,因此要先通過單幅圖像的校正方法消除圖像內(nèi)的光照不均。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)比較各種單幅圖像校正方法的效果,最終選擇梯度域方法作為我們的單幅圖像校正方法,該方法適合于各種光照情況的校正,且效果均比較理想。多幅圖像間的光照一致性校正方法并沒有現(xiàn)有的方法可供選擇,因此我們提出了自適應(yīng)的伽瑪校正方法和改進(jìn)的奇異值均衡化方法,通過將圖像間的亮度調(diào)整一致,使得圖像的動態(tài)范圍最大程度的重合,從而增強(qiáng)圖像間的光照一致性。本文也首次提出了一種多幅圖像光照一致性定量評價(jià)方法,該方法首先提取光照圖像,然后比較光照圖像直方圖的相似度,將這一相似度約束在0到1之間,1表示一致性最好的情況。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文提出的多幅圖像光照一致性校正方法能夠改善圖像間的光照一致性,主觀評價(jià)和客觀定量評價(jià)均能取得較好的結(jié)果。本文還給出了大量實(shí)驗(yàn)的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),用統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)更有力地說明該方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Illumination condition is one of the important conditions in the image imaging process, which affects the quality of the image. In many cases, it requires the image to have illumination consistency, such as the high and low resolution image contrast method to calculate the image MTF value, remote sensing image mosaic, face recognition. Color constancy is studied in many fields, so the illumination consistency of image has been studied widely at home and abroad. The purpose of this paper is to propose an effective illumination consistency correction method for multiple images, which can make the image which does not satisfy the illumination consistency satisfy this condition after processing, so it can be applied in various fields. The idea of this paper is first to eliminate the uneven illumination in a single image by using a single image illumination correction method, and then to make the illumination between images consistent by the illumination correction method between multiple images. Finally, quantitative evaluation method combined with subjective visual perception is used to evaluate the illumination consistency of multiple images and the effectiveness of the correction method. By observing a large number of real remote sensing images, it is found that the illumination of the images can be divided into several categories, such as dark, bright or low contrast, etc. If the illumination consistency of these images is corrected directly, the effect is irrational. Therefore, the correction method of single image should be used to eliminate the uneven illumination in the image. Finally, gradient domain method is chosen as our single image correction method. The method is suitable for various illumination conditions, and the effect is satisfactory. There are no existing methods for illumination consistency correction among multiple images, so we propose an adaptive gamma correction method and an improved singular value equalization method. The dynamic range of the image is overlapped to the maximum extent, which enhances the illumination consistency between the images. In this paper, a quantitative evaluation method of illumination consistency is proposed for the first time. Firstly, the illumination image is extracted, and then the similarity of the histogram of illumination image is compared. Constraining this similarity between 0 and 1 indicates the best consistency. The experimental results show that the illumination consistency correction method proposed in this paper can improve the illumination consistency among images. Both subjective evaluation and objective quantitative evaluation can achieve good results. In this paper, a large number of experimental statistical data are also given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.
