【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)國(guó)門逐漸打開(kāi)。外國(guó)直接投資從無(wú)到有、從小到大,為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)作出了不可或缺的重要貢獻(xiàn)。與此同時(shí),我國(guó)的對(duì)外直接投資管理體制也經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)不斷調(diào)整和豐富成熟的過(guò)程。對(duì)外直接投資管理體制內(nèi)容廣泛,所涉部門多,隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷推進(jìn),與對(duì)外直接投資緊密相關(guān)的外匯管理體制、行政審批體制、融資體制和政策支持體系等相關(guān)政策體制經(jīng)歷了較大的調(diào)整。本文主要闡析了我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資管理的基本框架和中國(guó)對(duì)外投資管理體制面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并就進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)中國(guó)對(duì)外投資管理體制改革提出了自己的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the door of our country gradually opened. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has made an indispensable contribution to national economic development and modernization. At the same time, China's foreign direct investment management system has undergone a continuous adjustment and rich mature process. The foreign direct investment management system has a wide range of contents and involves many departments. With the continuous promotion of reform and opening up, the foreign exchange management system, the administrative examination and approval system, which is closely related to foreign direct investment, Financing system and policy support system and other related policy systems have undergone greater adjustment. This paper mainly analyzes the basic framework of China's foreign direct investment management and the challenges facing China's foreign investment management system, and puts forward its own policy suggestions for further promoting the reform of China's foreign investment management system.
