國邦美家居建材賣場的發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】:建材家居賣場作為流通市場中的重要力量,為我國建材家居產(chǎn)品的供銷做出了巨大貢獻。雖然我國十幾年前就已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了建材家居賣場,但其中很多建材賣場處于逐步創(chuàng)新的階段,還遠遠沒有成熟,仍存在著很多問題。在今天異常激烈的市場環(huán)境下,我國的建材家居零售企業(yè)和建材家居賣場都面臨著更加復(fù)雜的經(jīng)營環(huán)境。在這樣的環(huán)境下,諸如建材家居賣場怎樣正確認識行業(yè)特征和發(fā)展趨勢、建材家居賣場如何找到并運用符合自身實際的發(fā)展模式等問題,都已經(jīng)成為業(yè)界關(guān)心的重大課題。 本文首先闡述了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論以及國內(nèi)外研究綜述,這些理論部分的分析為后面的實際問題解決和研究提供了有力的基礎(chǔ);接著論述了建材家居賣場的現(xiàn)狀特征,對建材家居賣場面臨的外部環(huán)境進行了全面分析,并詳細剖析國內(nèi)外建材家居賣場的發(fā)展趨勢;然后以國邦美家居建材賣場為例,對國邦美家居建材賣場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)劣勢特點等進行系統(tǒng)分析,并在認真調(diào)研的前提下深度挖掘出國邦美家居建材賣場目前存在的諸如自身定位不準(zhǔn)確、人才管理不到位、缺乏長遠戰(zhàn)略等主要問題和成因;最后,針對現(xiàn)存問題和成因,進行逐一分析,對國邦美家居建材賣場發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和具體實施提出合理化的對策,從而為國邦美家居建材賣場的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)性建議,以應(yīng)對日益激烈的市場競爭。 希望通過本文的研究,能夠?qū)蠲兰揖咏ú馁u場規(guī)范運營和健康發(fā)展提供有益的幫助,同時也希望能夠為國內(nèi)同類建材家居賣場的發(fā)展創(chuàng)新提供一些參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:As an important force in the circulation market, building materials home stores have made great contributions to the supply and marketing of building materials household products in our country. Although the building materials home stores have appeared in our country more than ten years ago, However, many of these building materials stores are in the stage of gradual innovation, far from mature, and there are still many problems. In today's extremely fierce market environment, Our country's building materials home retail enterprises and building materials home stores are facing a more complex business environment. In such an environment, such as building materials home stores how to correctly understand the characteristics of the industry and development trends, How to find and apply the development mode that accords with their own reality has become an important issue concerned by the industry. In this paper, the related basic theories of enterprise strategic management and the domestic and foreign research are reviewed. The analysis of these theoretical parts provides a strong foundation for the practical problem solving and research. Then it discusses the current characteristics of the building materials home store, analyzes the external environment of the building materials home store, and analyzes the development trend of the domestic and foreign building materials home market in detail, and then takes the Guobangmei household building materials store as an example. This paper systematically analyzes the current situation, advantages and disadvantages of the domestic building materials stores in the country and the United States of America, and, on the premise of serious investigation, deeply excavates the current existing domestic building materials stores abroad, such as inaccurate self-positioning and inadequate talent management. Finally, in view of the existing problems and causes, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes one by one, and puts forward some reasonable countermeasures for the formulation and implementation of the development strategy of the home building materials market in China and the United States. In order to provide guidance for the sustainable and healthy development of the home building materials market, to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition. Through the research of this paper, I hope to provide useful help for the standardized operation and healthy development of the home building materials store, and also hope to provide some reference and reference for the development and innovation of the similar home building materials store in our country.
