【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是伴隨著新中國建設(shè)事業(yè)的發(fā)展而成長壯大起來的，但是近年來，我國建筑市場競爭日趨激烈，建筑企業(yè)生產(chǎn)利潤持續(xù)走低，生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動困難，企業(yè)數(shù)量不斷減少。面對此種狀況，建筑企業(yè)應(yīng)該如何改變局面，以適應(yīng)客戶需求、市場變化和社會發(fā)展趨勢，引入新的管理理念及運(yùn)作方式，進(jìn)行合理的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型，這些問題都涉及到建筑企業(yè)構(gòu)建商業(yè)模式以及商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的主體內(nèi)容，因此建筑企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的研究應(yīng)該引起人們的足夠重視。 本文從建筑企業(yè)所需要的商業(yè)模式理論支撐為切入點(diǎn)，深入研究了建筑企業(yè)商業(yè)模式原理、分別介紹了工程總承包型企業(yè)、專業(yè)施工型企業(yè)、勞務(wù)分包型企業(yè)這三種建筑企業(yè)商業(yè)模式的類型及分析。本文利用現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)研究，總結(jié)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的一般方式，，結(jié)合建筑業(yè)特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了我國建筑企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的四種新形勢以及企業(yè)在選擇商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新時(shí)應(yīng)遵循的三個(gè)原則。 最后為體現(xiàn)本論文研究的實(shí)用性，作者以某一建筑企業(yè)為案例，詳細(xì)介紹了建筑企業(yè)商業(yè)模式選擇在現(xiàn)實(shí)中的應(yīng)用，并據(jù)此提出了該企業(yè)在進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新時(shí)的對策。最后給出了研究結(jié)論，展望了后續(xù)研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is accompanied by the development of the cause of building a new China and grow up, but in recent years, China's construction market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the profit of construction enterprise production continued to decline, production and business activities difficult, the number of companies continue to decrease. In view of this situation, the construction enterprise should how to change the situation, to meet customer needs, market changes and the trend of social development, the introduction of new management concept and mode of operation, strategic transformation operation and reasonable, these problems are related to the building construction enterprise business model and business model innovation main body, therefore research on business model of construction enterprises should arouse enough attention.
The theory of business model in this paper from the construction enterprise support as the starting point, in-depth study of the business model of construction enterprise principle, separately introduces the engineering general contracting enterprises, professional construction enterprises, commercial mode of labor subcontracting enterprises of the three construction company and the analysis of the existing literature. In this paper, a general way summary of business model innovation, combined with the characteristics and current situation of construction industry are analyzed, on this basis put forward three principles of four kinds of new situation of China's construction enterprises to achieve business model innovation, enterprises should follow in the choice of business model innovation.
Finally, practical research in this paper the author to a construction enterprise as an example, introduces in detail the construction enterprise business model selection and application in reality, and the countermeasure of innovation on the business model of the enterprise are put forward accordingly. Finally, the research conclusion was given, at the direction of follow-up study.
