【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)大融合的形勢(shì)下，對(duì)外直接投資(OFDI)和對(duì)外貿(mào)易成為一國(guó)參與全球一體化進(jìn)程中的重要部分。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，對(duì)外直接投資和對(duì)外貿(mào)易共同對(duì)我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了積極影響。在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的趨勢(shì)下，如何協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展對(duì)外直接投資和對(duì)外貿(mào)易，進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)外直接投資利用最大化來(lái)推動(dòng)本國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，對(duì)我國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō)意義深遠(yuǎn)。 制造業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的“支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)”，在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)中起著至關(guān)重要的作用，在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)大融合的背景下，制造業(yè)是否應(yīng)該更多地“走出去”，如何有效地“走出去”，是制造業(yè)目前面臨的一個(gè)重要任務(wù)。 本文首先分析了對(duì)外直接投資和貿(mào)易之間關(guān)系的相關(guān)經(jīng)典理論，通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有的有關(guān)對(duì)外直接投資的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)理論總結(jié)，根據(jù)有關(guān)理論方法探討制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)其進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易及對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化的影響，接下來(lái)，對(duì)制造業(yè)外商直接投資和對(duì)外貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行敘述，為接下來(lái)的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)和最后的政策建議打下基礎(chǔ)。 實(shí)證部分通過(guò)面板數(shù)據(jù)研究制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)進(jìn)口和出口規(guī)模的影響，同時(shí)也分析了國(guó)企與非國(guó)企進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易影響的差異性；在對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響層次，通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易指數(shù)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對(duì)外貿(mào)易情況進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明，從整體上講，制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資產(chǎn)生了較強(qiáng)的貿(mào)易創(chuàng)造效應(yīng)，極大地促進(jìn)了出口和進(jìn)口，針對(duì)國(guó)企來(lái)說(shuō)，出口效應(yīng)并不是特別明顯，，進(jìn)口效應(yīng)則比較突出，非國(guó)企類企業(yè)的對(duì)外直接投資進(jìn)出口效應(yīng)和我國(guó)制造業(yè)總體對(duì)外直接投資效應(yīng)趨同，效果均十分明顯；在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)層面，制造業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的貿(mào)易影響突出，對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易指數(shù)的影響則不清晰。 最后，基于上述的理論基礎(chǔ)與實(shí)證分析結(jié)果，本文針對(duì)我國(guó)制造業(yè)外商直接投資的貿(mào)易效應(yīng)影響，挖掘制造業(yè)對(duì)外發(fā)展的弊端和限制因素，從政府和企業(yè)兩個(gè)方面探求對(duì)策，并提出相應(yīng)政策意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:In the context of global economic integration, foreign direct investment (OFDI) and foreign trade have become an important part of a country's participation in the process of global integration. Both foreign direct investment and foreign trade have had a positive impact on China's economic development. Under the trend of world economic transformation, how to coordinate the development of foreign direct investment and foreign trade, It is of great significance for our country to maximize the utilization of foreign direct investment to promote the economic development of our country. As the "pillar industry" of the national economy, manufacturing industry plays a vital role in China's economy. Under the background of the great integration of the world economy, Whether the manufacturing industry should "go out" more, and how to "go out" effectively, is an important task facing the manufacturing industry at present. This paper first analyzes the classical theories of the relationship between FDI and trade, and summarizes the existing theories on the trade effects of FDI. According to relevant theories and methods, this paper discusses the influence of foreign direct investment of manufacturing industry on its import and export trade and on the change of industrial structure. Then, it describes the current situation and characteristics of foreign direct investment and foreign trade in manufacturing industry. For the next empirical test and the final policy recommendations to lay the foundation. The empirical part studies the impact of FDI on the scale of import and export through panel data. At the same time, it also analyzes the differences between the import and export trade of state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises, in the level of impact on the industrial structure. Through the analysis of the intra-industry trade index and the foreign trade situation of producer services, the results show that, on the whole, outward direct investment in manufacturing produces a strong trade creation effect, which greatly promotes exports and imports. For the state-owned enterprises, the export effect is not particularly obvious, the import effect is more prominent, the non-state-owned enterprises' foreign direct investment import and export effect and our country manufacturing industry overall foreign direct investment effect converge, the effect is very obvious; At the level of industrial structure, outward direct investment of manufacturing industry has a prominent impact on producer services trade, while the impact on intra-industry trade index is not clear. Finally, based on the above theoretical basis and empirical analysis results, this paper aims at the trade effect of foreign direct investment in manufacturing industry of our country, excavates the disadvantages and limiting factors of foreign development of manufacturing industry, and explores the countermeasures from two aspects of government and enterprise. And put forward the corresponding policy advice.
