【摘要】：綠色建筑發(fā)展是我國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)全球環(huán)境問(wèn)題與能源危機(jī)的重要策略。自2005年我國(guó)首件獲得認(rèn)證的綠色建筑項(xiàng)目問(wèn)世以來(lái)，截止至2013年4月，我國(guó)已有綠色建筑項(xiàng)目一千八百余件，其建筑類型、投資單位類型與分布省市均呈現(xiàn)出一定特征。 本研究基于綠色建筑投資單位的決策機(jī)制進(jìn)行綠色建筑項(xiàng)目發(fā)展條件與分布趨勢(shì)的相關(guān)性研究。不同類型的投資單位會(huì)基于自身?xiàng)l件、項(xiàng)目類型、當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)展條件（綜合實(shí)力、行政級(jí)別、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境與政策環(huán)境）與氣候條件等因素進(jìn)行是否投資開發(fā)綠色建筑的決策。投資單位的個(gè)體決策在微觀上會(huì)導(dǎo)致具體綠色建筑項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施與否，其決策的集合則會(huì)影響整個(gè)地區(qū)的綠色建筑總體發(fā)展面貌。因此，分析各類因素對(duì)于我國(guó)投資單位決策的影響，有助于理解我國(guó)綠色建筑發(fā)展面貌的形成原因，探討其發(fā)展規(guī)律、預(yù)測(cè)趨勢(shì)并給出有針對(duì)性的政策建議。 為實(shí)現(xiàn)上述研究研究目標(biāo)，本研究總結(jié)并梳理了包含綠色建筑投資單位、功能類型、地理位置、氣候分區(qū)、所在城市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平等三十余項(xiàng)信息的綜合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，內(nèi)含截止至2013年4月的1873件綠色建筑項(xiàng)目。與此同時(shí)，對(duì)我國(guó)具有代表性的國(guó)有企業(yè)、民營(yíng)企業(yè)等投資單位經(jīng)理、設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人與行業(yè)專家進(jìn)行面對(duì)面深訪，總結(jié)了與綠色建筑投資決策相關(guān)的第一手資料。在上述定量與定性資料的基礎(chǔ)上，本研究綜合進(jìn)行理論分析、數(shù)據(jù)分析與案例研究，結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)綜述，對(duì)我國(guó)綠色建筑發(fā)展的整體面貌、規(guī)律和影響因素做出了宏觀層面與微觀層面的定性、定量研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上本研究探討了我國(guó)綠色建筑發(fā)展的結(jié)構(gòu)性變化趨勢(shì)與需求，并提出了有針對(duì)性的政策建議。 本研究包括引論、建立理論框架、宏觀數(shù)據(jù)分析、微觀案例研究與結(jié)論五部分。
[Abstract]:Green building development is an important strategy for China to deal with global environmental problems and energy crisis. Since 2005, the first certified green building project has been published in China. By April 2013, there have been more than 1,800 green building projects in China. Its architectural type, investment unit type and distribution provinces and cities all present certain characteristics. This study is based on the decision-making mechanism of green building investment units to study the relationship between the development conditions and distribution trends of green building projects. Different types of investment units will be based on their own conditions, project types, local development conditions (comprehensive strength, comprehensive strength), Factors such as administrative level, economic environment and policy environment) and climate conditions make decisions on whether to invest in the development of green buildings. The individual decision of investment units will lead to the implementation or not of specific green building projects at the micro level. Therefore, analyzing the influence of various factors on the decision making of investment units in China is helpful to understand the reasons for the development of green buildings in China. Discuss its development law, forecast the trend and give some targeted policy suggestions. In order to achieve the above research goal, this study summarizes and combs the comprehensive database containing more than 30 items of information, such as green building investment unit, function type, geographical location, climate zoning, social and economic development level of the city, etc. Including 1, 873 green building projects as of April 2013. At the same time, face-to-face and deep interviews have been conducted between managers of investment units, such as representative state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, and design team leaders and industry experts. Based on the above quantitative and qualitative data, this study synthesizes theoretical analysis, data analysis and case study, combined with literature review. On the basis of the qualitative and quantitative study on the overall appearance, law and influencing factors of the development of green building in China, this paper discusses the structural change trend and demand of the development of green building in our country on the basis of the qualitative and quantitative study at the macro and micro levels. And put forward targeted policy recommendations. This research includes five parts: introduction, theoretical framework, macro-data analysis, micro-case study and conclusion.
