【摘要】： 社區(qū)是現(xiàn)代城市的基礎(chǔ),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,社區(qū)與人們生活的聯(lián)系越來越密切,社區(qū)建設(shè)在社會(huì)中的作用越來越重要。而社區(qū)公共服務(wù)作為社區(qū)建設(shè)的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容,是體現(xiàn)社區(qū)建設(shè)成果的一個(gè)重要方面。近年來,我國的社區(qū)公共服務(wù)得到了長足的發(fā)展,并且獲得了很多成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),但是與世界上成熟的社區(qū)公共服務(wù)相比還有很多的不足之處。隨著社區(qū)公共服務(wù)工作的開展,迫切需要一種科學(xué)且符合實(shí)際情況的方法來解決社區(qū)公共服務(wù)管理存在的問題,這將有利于社區(qū)公共服務(wù)功能的發(fā)揮,有利于促進(jìn)社區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。本文采用對(duì)比分析的方法,吸收和借鑒國內(nèi)外社區(qū)公共服務(wù)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),與長春市社區(qū)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀相結(jié)合,從社區(qū)公共服務(wù)的理論入手,研究國內(nèi)外社區(qū)公共服務(wù)的發(fā)展歷程,從社區(qū)公共服務(wù)管理的角度,分析國內(nèi)外社區(qū)公共服務(wù)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),尋找國內(nèi)外社區(qū)公共服務(wù)管理的異同點(diǎn),在分析對(duì)比的基礎(chǔ)上尋找長春市社區(qū)公共服務(wù)管理存在的問題,設(shè)計(jì)適合長春市社區(qū)的公共服務(wù)管理構(gòu)架,加強(qiáng)社區(qū)公共服務(wù)的隊(duì)伍建設(shè),加快社區(qū)自治進(jìn)程,并對(duì)今后長春市社區(qū)公共服務(wù)的發(fā)展,提出前瞻性的建議。
[Abstract]:Community is the foundation of modern city. With the development of economy and society, the relationship between community and people's life is more and more close. The role of community building in the society is more and more important. As an important part of community construction, community public service is an important aspect of the achievement of community construction. In recent years, the community public service in China has been greatly developed, and has gained many successful experiences, but there are still many shortcomings compared with the mature community public service in the world. With the development of community public service, there is an urgent need for a scientific and practical way to solve the problems existing in community public service management, which will benefit the development of community public service function and facilitate the development of community economy. This paper adopts the method of comparative analysis, the successful experience of absorbing and drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign community public service, community development status and Changchun combination, starting from the community public service theory, the development course of community public service at home and abroad, and from the perspective of community public service, analyzes the domestic and foreign successful experience of community public service the search for the domestic and foreign community public service management of the similarities and differences, to find the existing management of community public service Changchun the problems on the basis of analysis and comparison, the design for Changchun city community public service management framework, strengthen the team construction of community public service, to accelerate the process of community autonomy, and the future development of community public service Changchun City, forward-looking suggestions.
