【摘要】：在我國,物流業(yè)雖然起步較晚,但也已步入而立之年。尤其是近十年伴隨現(xiàn)代電商的迅猛發(fā)展,我國物流業(yè)作為新興行業(yè)也發(fā)展迅速并已開始成為我國重要的基礎(chǔ)性行業(yè)。物流業(yè)發(fā)展進入了轉(zhuǎn)型和提升階段。如何培養(yǎng)社會需要的物流人才實現(xiàn)校企無縫對接,是高職院校人才培養(yǎng)亟待解決的問題。本文通過企業(yè)調(diào)研,初步提煉了被訪企業(yè)對物流人才培養(yǎng)所提出的幾點共同要求即企業(yè)更青睞于具有物流專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識、有計算機及商務(wù)英語基礎(chǔ)、情商較高、綜合素質(zhì)高的物流人才。
[Abstract]:In China, although the logistics industry started relatively late, but has also entered the years. Especially with the rapid development of modern e-commerce in recent ten years, the logistics industry in China, as a new industry, has also developed rapidly and has become an important basic industry in our country. The development of logistics industry has entered the stage of transformation and promotion. How to train the logistics talents needed by the society to realize the seamless docking between the school and the enterprise is the problem to be solved urgently in the talent training of higher vocational colleges. Through enterprise investigation and research, this paper preliminarily abstracts several common requirements for logistics talents training that enterprises prefer to have basic knowledge of logistics, basic computer and business English, and high EQ. Comprehensive quality of logistics personnel with high quality.
