基于Multi-Agent的汽車供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng),無(wú)論是供應(yīng)環(huán)節(jié),制造環(huán)節(jié)還是分銷環(huán)節(jié)都是一個(gè)始終變化著的復(fù)雜過(guò)程,需要汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中的眾多節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行協(xié)作運(yùn)行,最終形成一個(gè)龐大的汽車供應(yīng)鏈體系。在汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中,整車制造企業(yè)為了能夠獲取相應(yīng)的資源進(jìn)行完成生產(chǎn)加工來(lái)滿足市場(chǎng)的需求,很大程度上依賴于供應(yīng)鏈上的其它成員企業(yè),比如零部件供應(yīng)商、第三方物流服務(wù)提供商、分銷商等企業(yè),眾多的上下游企業(yè)的密切聯(lián)系使得協(xié)作的復(fù)雜性程度逐漸遞增。本文旨在研究汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,具體包含三方面內(nèi)容:汽車供應(yīng)鏈上的變動(dòng)性及應(yīng)對(duì),基于Multi-Agent的汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中訂單驅(qū)動(dòng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程,以及基于Multi-Agent的汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中的信任機(jī)制。雖然,供應(yīng)鏈管理理念和技術(shù)的發(fā)展提高了供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的靈活性,但是變動(dòng)性在汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中還是客觀存在的,供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)中的零部件供應(yīng)商、分銷商以及客戶需求的經(jīng)常變化,致使供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中某部分企業(yè)難以適應(yīng)這種變動(dòng)性,從而帶來(lái)運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理問(wèn)題,其影響貫穿汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的整個(gè)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程,若不能正確應(yīng)對(duì),會(huì)降低汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作效率和效益。基于Multi-Agent的汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的訂單驅(qū)動(dòng)研究是在汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中引入Multi-Agent技術(shù),從系統(tǒng)中多個(gè)相互獨(dú)立的Agent出發(fā),組成協(xié)作的具有特定功能模塊的Multi-Agent系統(tǒng),將汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中的各成員企業(yè)描述為Agent之間的作業(yè)行為,通過(guò)它們之間的交互、協(xié)作來(lái)表達(dá)汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的功能,完成汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo),對(duì)模型中的業(yè)務(wù)流程、信息傳遞、協(xié)同運(yùn)作三個(gè)方面來(lái)分析,梳理業(yè)務(wù)流程;贛ulti-Agent的汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的信任機(jī)制研究主要是分析汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)上的信任因素,來(lái)研究其信任關(guān)系,構(gòu)建出基于Multi-Agent的汽車供應(yīng)鏈信任模型,之后對(duì)模型中的各Agent進(jìn)行分析,提出汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)信任機(jī)制,增加汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中的企業(yè)間信任度,降低變動(dòng)性對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響,并分析其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本文主要是針對(duì)汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)中存在的變動(dòng)性問(wèn)題而提出,利用Multi-Agent技術(shù)對(duì)于汽車供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)行為分析和信任機(jī)制研究,具有一定理論研究?jī)r(jià)值。另外,對(duì)于汽車供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)上的信息化實(shí)施具有一定的實(shí)際參考意義。
[Abstract]:The automobile supply chain system, whether it is the supply link, the manufacturing link or the distribution link, is a complicated process that is changing all the time, which requires many node enterprises in the automobile supply chain system to cooperate. Finally, a huge automobile supply chain system was formed. In the automotive supply chain system, in order to obtain the corresponding resources to complete the production and processing to meet the needs of the market, the automobile manufacturing enterprises depend heavily on other members of the supply chain, such as component suppliers. Third party logistics service providers, distributors and other enterprises, many upstream and downstream enterprises close ties make the complexity of collaboration gradually increasing. The purpose of this paper is to study the key problems in the automotive supply chain system, including three aspects: variability and response in the automotive supply chain, the order-driven business process in the automobile supply chain system based on Multi-Agent. And the trust mechanism in automobile supply chain system based on Multi-Agent. Although the development of supply chain management concept and technology has improved the flexibility of supply chain system, the variability still exists in automobile supply chain system. The frequent changes of distributors and customers' demands make it difficult for some enterprises in the supply chain system to adapt to this kind of variability, which brings problems of operation and management, and its influence runs through the whole operation process of the automobile supply chain system. If we can't deal with it correctly, it will reduce the efficiency and benefit of automobile supply chain system. The research of order driving in automobile supply chain system based on Multi-Agent is to introduce Multi-Agent technology into automobile supply chain system. Based on several independent Agent in the system, Multi-Agent system with specific function module is formed. Each member enterprise in automobile supply chain system is described as the operation behavior between Agent. Through the interaction and cooperation between them, the function of automobile supply chain system is expressed, and the goal of automobile supply chain system is accomplished. Information transmission, collaborative operation to analyze three aspects, combing business processes. The research on the trust mechanism of the automobile supply chain system based on Multi-Agent is mainly to analyze the trust factors in the automobile supply chain system, to study its trust relationship, to construct the trust model of the automobile supply chain based on the Multi-Agent, and then to analyze the Agent in the model. The trust mechanism of automobile supply chain system is put forward to increase the trust degree among enterprises in automobile supply chain system, to reduce the influence of variability on the system, and to analyze its development trend. In this paper, the dynamic behavior analysis and trust mechanism of automobile supply chain are studied by Multi-Agent technology, which has some theoretical value. In addition, it has certain practical reference significance for the informatization implementation of automobile supply chain system.
