鐵路貨場信息化管理與矩形裝填問題的啟發(fā)式搜索方法研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid rise of electronic commerce, freight logistics transport demand continues to grow. With the maturation of information management technology based on Internet, the operation mode and management mode of logistics enterprises have changed radically. However, there are still some problems in railway freight yards in inland cities of China, such as the lag of information technology and the efficiency of container loading. At present, the above two problems are hot issues of scientific and technological workers at home and abroad. For the former, we are exploring the design of the railway freight yard management information system based on RFID technology, in order to realize the automatic collection and sharing of the basic information of the container yard and the complete monitoring and tracing of the container goods and materials of the multimodal door-to-door freight yard. Real-time warning, information query and other functions to avoid duplication of work, to achieve paperless operations and intelligent management purposes. For the latter, the loading method based on heuristic strategy and intelligent search is studied in order to improve the efficiency of packing and the utilization of space, so as to reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the quality of service. In this paper, the above two problems are studied with the aid of the industrialization cultivation Project of Hunan higher Education institutions. The main work and innovation are as follows: 1. Aiming at the deficiency of railway freight information system, based on the theory of RFID technology, this paper designs the model and framework of railway freight yard container information management system based on RFID, realizes the whole process monitoring of railway freight yard container material, and traces the events. Real-time warning, information query and other functions. In addition, the network structure of the system is designed according to the international standard ISO 10374, so that the identification information between the electronic tag and the reader of the container can be transmitted and the data information center can be formed. Can access container transportation center database. 2. 2. In view of the filling problem of two-dimensional circular container, based on the acquisition of loading knowledge, this paper explores the ordering mechanism of probability selection to be filled, and puts forward a heuristic strategy composed of ordering and improved positioning rules and a heuristic search algorithm for two-dimensional rectangular packing. The optimal parameters are determined by an example, and its performance is analyzed. Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method improves the rectangular packing efficiency and space utilization ratio of circular container. In this paper, based on the informatization of railway freight yard and the semi-circular container loading problem of Zhuzhou North Railway Station in inland city, the paper studies the informatization of railway freight yard management based on RFID technology and the rectangular packing problem with balanced constraints. The designed system and the proposed algorithm have better performance and can be used for reference by engineers and technicians.
