基于計(jì)劃行為理論的節(jié)能意愿影響因素——以知識(shí)型員工為例

文章摘要以辦公樓知識(shí)型員工為研究對(duì)象,基于計(jì)劃行為理論,結(jié)合組織氛圍文獻(xiàn),構(gòu)建了員工節(jié)能行為模型。提出了組織節(jié)能氛圍的概念,研究它影響員工節(jié)能行為的作用機(jī)理。利用調(diào)查問卷,在北京地區(qū),從辦公樓知識(shí)型員工收集數(shù)據(jù),采取偏最小二乘路徑建模方法分析數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證研究模型。結(jié)果表明:積極的節(jié)能態(tài)度和感知行為控制對(duì)員工節(jié)能行為意愿具有促進(jìn)作用;組織節(jié)能氛圍顯著正向影響主觀規(guī)范;組織節(jié)能氛圍和主觀規(guī)范對(duì)員工節(jié)能行為意愿沒有直接作用,他們通過影響節(jié)能態(tài)度間接影響員工節(jié)能行為意愿。根據(jù)這些結(jié)果,公司可以通過營(yíng)造良好節(jié)能氛圍.宣傳節(jié)能意義,,提高員工節(jié)能態(tài)度、感知行為控制以及主觀規(guī)范,從而促進(jìn)員工節(jié)能。

AbstrTaking knowledge workers as example, based on Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB), this paper built a model of employee energy saving in organizations. The concept of organizational energy saving climate was constructed, and used to study how it influenced employee energy saving in organizations. Survey data were collected from office knowledge workers in Beijing. Partial Least Square (PLS)path modeling method was used to analyze the collected data. Results showed that: hoth positive energy saving attitude and perceived behavior control influence employee energy saving intention positively; organizational energy saving climate influences subjective norm positively; neither organizational energy saving climate nor subjective norm directly influences employee energy saving intention, but both indirectly influence employee energy saving intention through energy saving attitude. Based on these results, companies can promote employee energy saving in organizations by building an energy saving climate, propagandizing the significance of energy saving, as well as improving employees'energy saving attitude, perceived behavior control and subjective norm.
