【摘要】:中國經(jīng)濟經(jīng)歷30多年高速增長,傳統(tǒng)增長方式給經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來許多負面影響,經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展矛盾日益突出,社會公共危機屢現(xiàn)不減、食品安全問題層出不窮、生產(chǎn)安全問題亟待解決,生態(tài)、資源和環(huán)境問題更是日益惡化。經(jīng)濟、社會和環(huán)境問題的強烈互動,人們對企業(yè)社會責任的呼聲日趨高漲,使得企業(yè)社會責任成為人們關(guān)注的焦點。從全球范圍看,自20世紀90年代以來,社會責任運動愈演愈烈,可持續(xù)發(fā)展呼聲不斷,在政府、媒體和社會活動人士的壓力下,企業(yè)社會責任已經(jīng)成為各國企業(yè)義不容辭的責任。隨著我國企業(yè)日益融入全球經(jīng)濟和國際化競爭之中,企業(yè)能否從戰(zhàn)略高度來認識企業(yè)社會責任問題,主動承擔社會責任,從而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)利益和社會利益雙贏,將是制約其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,也是在中國全面開放環(huán)境下,企業(yè)能否成功應(yīng)對國際挑戰(zhàn)的關(guān)鍵。 在當前企業(yè)發(fā)展與社會發(fā)展不平衡趨勢加大,企業(yè)履行社會責任惰性與公眾對企業(yè)承擔社會責任期望上升之間的矛盾加劇,而企業(yè)發(fā)展離不開社會這個大背景,因此企業(yè)如何平衡經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與社會責任履行是每個企業(yè)要面對的問題。本文將以此為切入點,從企業(yè)本身出發(fā),在分析和回顧先前研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,把企業(yè)和其利益相關(guān)者關(guān)系作為社會關(guān)系的核心,以社會公眾愈加強烈的企業(yè)社會責任期望和當前企業(yè)社會責任履行惰性之間的矛盾為出發(fā)點,在利益相關(guān)者理論的基礎(chǔ)上定義企業(yè)社會責任,明晰社會責任對象和內(nèi)容以及企業(yè)履行社會責任的邊界,探討企業(yè)該如何作為才能平衡企業(yè)和社會發(fā)展之間的矛盾,提出企業(yè)應(yīng)該對代表絕大多數(shù)社會成員的企業(yè)利益相關(guān)者承擔責任,才能促進企業(yè)和社會共贏發(fā)展,同時形成包含社會責任內(nèi)容的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建戰(zhàn)略管理實施框架,以期指導(dǎo)企業(yè)實踐活動。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of rapid economic growth, the traditional way of economic growth has brought many negative effects to economic development. The contradictions between economic and social development are becoming increasingly prominent, the social public crisis is constantly on the rise, and food safety problems emerge in endlessly. Production safety problems need to be solved urgently, ecological, resource and environmental problems are worsening day by day. With the strong interaction of economic, social and environmental problems, the voice of corporate social responsibility is rising day by day, which makes corporate social responsibility become the focus of attention. Globally, since the 1990s, the social responsibility movement has become more and more intense, the voice of sustainable development has continued, under pressure from the government, the media and social activists, Corporate social responsibility has become the responsibility of enterprises of all countries. With the increasing integration of Chinese enterprises into the global economy and international competition, can enterprises understand the problem of corporate social responsibility from a strategic perspective and take the initiative to assume social responsibility, so as to achieve a win-win situation between the interests of enterprises and the interests of society? It will be the key to restrict its sustainable development and whether the enterprises can successfully meet the international challenges under the overall open environment of China. At present, the imbalance between enterprise development and social development is increasing, the contradiction between the inertia of corporate social responsibility and the rising expectations of the public on corporate social responsibility is intensified, and enterprise development can not be separated from the background of society. Therefore, how to balance economic development and social responsibility performance is a problem that every enterprise has to face. Based on the analysis and review of previous research results, this paper regards the relationship between enterprises and their stakeholders as the core of social relations. Based on the contradiction between the increasingly strong expectations of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the inertia of corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate social responsibility (CSR) is defined on the basis of stakeholder theory. Clarify the object and content of social responsibility and the boundary of corporate social responsibility, and discuss how to balance the contradiction between enterprise and social development. In order to promote the win-win development of enterprises and society, enterprises should take responsibility for the stakeholders who represent the vast majority of social members. At the same time, they should form corporate strategies with social responsibility content, and construct the implementation framework of strategic management. With a view to guiding the practical activities of enterprises.
