【摘要】:區(qū)別于任何時(shí)代的青少年,出生于上世紀(jì)90年代末本世紀(jì)初的學(xué)生們,從呱呱落地就處于一個(gè)前所未有的信息化爆炸的時(shí)代。隨著生理機(jī)能、自然機(jī)能的成熟和社會(huì)角色的轉(zhuǎn)變,他們沐浴在大數(shù)據(jù)背景中逐漸進(jìn)行著社會(huì)化的過程。而這一過程并不是單向的,青少年社會(huì)化的過程中,他們的行為與觀點(diǎn)也逐漸影響著他們的長輩,這一過程被稱之為逆向社會(huì)化。剛剛步入成人初顯期的初中生,不僅擁有弱勢與幼稚的一面,也擁有活力與前瞻性的一面,他們的觀念與行為需要學(xué)界和社會(huì)的共同關(guān)注。作為一名初中教師,立足于上述背景下探討初中生這一特殊群體的逆社會(huì)化現(xiàn)狀及其相關(guān)影響因素,既有利于完善改善城市初中生在逆社會(huì)化過程中出現(xiàn)的種種問題,也能在一定程度上豐富城市初中生的研究,最為關(guān)鍵的是為逆向社會(huì)化視野下教師應(yīng)該如何調(diào)適師生互動(dòng)的種種關(guān)系提供基礎(chǔ)。本文基于在貴州省GY市NM區(qū)的三個(gè)公立初中進(jìn)行的問卷調(diào)查和實(shí)地訪談資料,從以下方面開展研究:首先,分析傳統(tǒng)師生互動(dòng)下的教師期望,然后引入逆向社會(huì)化帶來學(xué)生在知識(shí)技能和情感價(jià)值觀方面的具體變革,指出教師在這種變革壓力下所做出的期望改變。其次,在期望分析的基礎(chǔ)上,將分析逆向社會(huì)化所帶來的消極影響,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)師生互動(dòng)中教師權(quán)威的巨大沖擊,分析其中變革的緣由以及教師應(yīng)當(dāng)如何調(diào)整策略,重建自己在師生互動(dòng)的權(quán)威。再次,分析逆向社會(huì)化對(duì)師生關(guān)系所帶來的積極影響,探討教師應(yīng)當(dāng)如何利用其中的優(yōu)勢促進(jìn)師生互動(dòng)中的良好合作。最后,在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上得出結(jié)論:教師一是應(yīng)當(dāng)改變自己對(duì)學(xué)生的單一評(píng)價(jià)體系,改變自己的期望,二是應(yīng)當(dāng)擁有重建自身權(quán)威的心理準(zhǔn)備以及具體策略,三是應(yīng)當(dāng)學(xué)會(huì)從支配管理轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楹献鞴芾。進(jìn)而提出與此相對(duì)應(yīng)的建議對(duì)策:要促進(jìn)教師意識(shí)的自我革新,從傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)觀念中走出,力爭在逆向社會(huì)化的師生互動(dòng)中有所進(jìn)步;要重視師生互動(dòng)的行為策略,教師學(xué)會(huì)平衡師生間各種關(guān)系,注意把握尺度,在實(shí)踐過程中發(fā)展自己的具體策略;要營造教育變革的良好氛圍。把逆向社會(huì)化帶來的沖突看作是變革社會(huì)、發(fā)展社會(huì)的機(jī)遇,盡量營造一種平和民主的環(huán)境,幫助初中學(xué)生順利地進(jìn)行社會(huì)化。
[Abstract]:Different from the teenagers of any time, the students born in the late 1990s and the beginning of this century have been in an unprecedented era of information explosion since they were born. With the maturation of physiological function, natural function and social role, they are gradually socialized in the background of big data. But this process is not unidirectional, in the process of socialization, their behavior and view gradually affect their elders, this process is called reverse socialization. The junior high school students who have just stepped into the early stage of adulthood not only have the weak and childish side but also have the vigor and foresight. Their ideas and behaviors need the common attention of the academic circles and the society. As a junior middle school teacher, based on the above background, this paper probes into the current situation of junior high school students' anti-socialization and its related influencing factors, which is beneficial to improve the problems that appear in the process of urban junior high school students' inverse socialization. It can also enrich the research of urban junior high school students to a certain extent, the most important thing is to provide the foundation for teachers how to adjust the relationship between teachers and students in the perspective of reverse socialization. Based on the questionnaire survey and field interview data of three public junior high schools in NM District of GY City of Guizhou Province, this paper carries out the research from the following aspects: firstly, it analyzes the teachers' expectations under the traditional teacher-student interaction. Then the reverse socialization is introduced to bring about the concrete changes of students' knowledge skills and emotional values and the expectation changes made by teachers under the pressure of this kind of change are pointed out. Secondly, on the basis of expectation analysis, this paper analyzes the negative impact of reverse socialization on the teachers' authority in the traditional teacher-student interaction, and analyzes the reasons for the change and how teachers should adjust their strategies. Rebuild your authority in teacher-student interaction. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the positive influence of reverse socialization on teacher-student relationship and discusses how teachers should make use of its advantages to promote good cooperation in teacher-student interaction. Finally, on the basis of the above research, it is concluded that: first, teachers should change their single evaluation system of students, change their own expectations, second, they should have psychological preparation and specific strategies to rebuild their authority. Third, we should learn to change from dominant management to cooperative management. And then put forward the corresponding countermeasures: to promote the self-innovation of teachers' consciousness, to get out of the traditional teaching concept, to strive to make progress in the reverse socialized teacher-student interaction, to attach importance to the behavior strategy of teacher-student interaction, Teachers learn to balance the relationship between teachers and students, pay attention to grasp the scale, develop their own specific strategies in the process of practice, and create a good atmosphere for educational change. The conflict brought about by reverse socialization is regarded as an opportunity to change the society, develop the society, create a peaceful and democratic environment as far as possible, and help the junior middle school students to socialize smoothly.
