【摘要】：蔡元培先生說：“欲知明日之社會,先看今日之校園”,高校是青少年學習科學文化知識和進行思想政治教育的重要陣地,肩負著培養(yǎng)社會主義事業(yè)合格建設者和可靠接班人的神圣歷史使命。學生在傳統(tǒng)的課堂學習之外,參與學校中包括社團在內(nèi)的各種學生組織,參加各項活動,以此鍛煉自我,拓寬知識面,學習新的知識,真正實現(xiàn)全面發(fā)展,這不僅是適應社會發(fā)展的需要,也是提高自身能力和綜合素質(zhì)的需要,事實證明,高校學生社團是學生培養(yǎng)和提高綜合素質(zhì)的重要載體,也是培養(yǎng)學生創(chuàng)新能力和創(chuàng)新精神的重要途徑。 過去,高校學生數(shù)量較少,社團在高校的發(fā)展可謂不溫不火,但是高校擴招以來,學生數(shù)量增加,高校社團迎來發(fā)展的高速時期,眾多學生將社團視為除課堂之外的重要學習平臺。高校學生社團不僅在高校育人工作中發(fā)揮重要作用,而且在學生成長中扮演了重要的角色,也是對傳統(tǒng)教學方式的有益補充。高校思想政治教育工作作為高校的重點工作之一,必須尋找合適的教育載體和教育途徑,所以,對高校學生社團的有效研究能夠更好地促進社團在思想教育工作中發(fā)揮其應有作用。 本文將在思想政治教育的視域下,深入探索學生社團在高校思想政治教育工作中所發(fā)揮的重要作用,結(jié)合實例對當前高校學生社團的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行深入分析,通過對國外及港臺地區(qū)社團發(fā)展的研究,歸納可借鑒之處,針對當前社團發(fā)展存在的問題尋求合理有效操作性高的社團發(fā)展對策,以圖挖掘?qū)W生社團在高校育人工作中的重要意義,充分發(fā)揮學生社團作為思想政治教育載體的重要作用。
[Abstract]:Mr. Cai Yuanpei said: "if you want to know the society of tomorrow, look at the campus of today first." Colleges and universities are an important position for young people to learn scientific and cultural knowledge and carry out ideological and political education. Bearing the sacred historical mission of cultivating qualified constructors and reliable successors of the socialist cause. Students, in addition to traditional classroom learning, participate in various student organizations, including associations, in schools, and participate in various activities to exercise themselves. It is not only to meet the needs of social development, but also to improve one's own ability and comprehensive quality. College student association is an important carrier for students to cultivate and improve their comprehensive quality, and also an important way to cultivate students' innovative ability and spirit. In the past, the number of college students was relatively small, and the development of associations in colleges and universities could not be said to be very warm, but since the expansion of university enrollment, the number of students has increased, and colleges and universities have ushered in a period of rapid development. Many students regard the community as an important learning platform other than the classroom. The university student association not only plays an important role in the work of educating people, but also plays an important role in the growth of the students. It is also a useful supplement to the traditional teaching methods. As one of the most important work in colleges and universities, the ideological and political education must find the appropriate educational carrier and approach, so, The effective research on college student associations can better promote the organizations to play their due role in ideological education. From the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper will deeply explore the important role played by student associations in the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities, and make a thorough analysis of the current situation of the development of student associations in colleges and universities in combination with practical examples. Through the research on the development of associations in foreign countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan, we can sum up the points that can be used for reference, aiming at the problems existing in the development of associations at present, and seeking reasonable, effective and effective countermeasures for the development of associations. In order to excavate the important significance of student associations in the work of educating people in colleges and universities, the important role of student associations as carriers of ideological and political education can be brought into full play.
