【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中國(guó)社會(huì)正處于一個(gè)重要的歷史轉(zhuǎn)折和一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)期。一個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的公民社會(huì)正在中國(guó)崛起,并且對(duì)中國(guó)社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和政治民主產(chǎn)生著日益深刻的影響。中國(guó)公民社會(huì)的興起,已成為當(dāng)代中國(guó)的一個(gè)不容回避的重大社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,但中國(guó)公民社會(huì)發(fā)育還存在很多制約因素。公民社會(huì)是突出每一位作為個(gè)體的公民的民主社會(huì),每一個(gè)公民的權(quán)益、需求、意愿與價(jià)值都得到了前所未有的尊重。公民社會(huì)的構(gòu)成主體是公民個(gè)人,在中國(guó)公民社會(huì)的發(fā)育過程中,首先起作用的是公民個(gè)人,要發(fā)育公民社會(huì),就要培養(yǎng)出合格的具有責(zé)任意識(shí)的公民。 當(dāng)代大學(xué)生作為公民的一個(gè)主要特殊群體,隨著自身主體意識(shí)的不斷增強(qiáng),他們?cè)谔幚韲?guó)家、集體和個(gè)人利益的過程中過于關(guān)注自我利益和自身價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn),忽視了國(guó)家利益和社會(huì)需要,淡化了對(duì)國(guó)家、社會(huì)和集體的責(zé)任感,作為公民的責(zé)任意識(shí)呈現(xiàn)出弱化趨勢(shì)。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生群體是國(guó)家高層次人才的重要組成部分,是未來知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的主體,其責(zé)任意識(shí)狀況如何,在某種程度上將直接決定未來幾十年內(nèi)社會(huì)主導(dǎo)責(zé)任觀的價(jià)值取向,并將直接影響到社會(huì)的發(fā)展。 本文力圖在公民社會(huì)相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)中國(guó)公民社會(huì)建設(shè)中存在的問題的分析以及對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生公民責(zé)任的探究,對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在公民社會(huì)建設(shè)中的責(zé)任意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析并就提升大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)的對(duì)策提出一點(diǎn)微薄見解,以促進(jìn)大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)的提高。
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese society is in an important historical turning point and a period of rapid development. A relatively independent civil society is rising in China. And it has an increasingly profound impact on the economic development and political democracy of Chinese society. The rise of Chinese civil society has become an unavoidable and important social phenomenon in contemporary China. However, there are still many constraints on the development of Chinese civil society. Civil society is a democratic society that highlights every individual citizen's rights and interests and needs. Both will and value have been respected in an unprecedented way. The main body of civil society is the individual citizen. In the course of the development of Chinese civil society, the first thing that plays a role is the individual citizen, who wants to develop the civil society. It is necessary to cultivate qualified citizens with a sense of responsibility. As a major special group of citizens, contemporary college students pay too much attention to the realization of self-interest and self-value in the process of dealing with the national, collective and individual interests with the increasing consciousness of their own subject. Ignoring the national interests and social needs, weakening the sense of responsibility to the country, society and the collective, and showing a weakening trend as a citizen's sense of responsibility, the group of contemporary college students is an important part of the high-level talents of the country. It is the subject of the knowledge economy society in the future. To a certain extent, the status of its responsibility consciousness will directly determine the value orientation of the social leading responsibility concept in the coming decades, and will directly affect the development of the society. Based on the relevant theories of civil society, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of civil society in China and probes into the civic responsibility of contemporary college students. This paper analyzes the present situation of college students' responsibility consciousness in the construction of civil society and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the college students' responsibility consciousness in order to promote the improvement of college students' responsibility consciousness.
