新型農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)參保影響因素實(shí)證研究——基于對(duì)湖南省試點(diǎn)縣數(shù)據(jù)的分析

【摘要】：農(nóng)民的參保意愿影響因素是新型農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)工作順利推進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵�；趯�(duì)湖南省"新農(nóng)保"試點(diǎn)地區(qū)農(nóng)村居民進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,運(yùn)用二元Logistic模型對(duì)問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)量分析,結(jié)果顯示:性別、婚姻狀況、政策了解程度、了解渠道、養(yǎng)老金發(fā)放情況、繳費(fèi)便利程度和農(nóng)民對(duì)新農(nóng)保能否解決養(yǎng)老的認(rèn)知等因素對(duì)農(nóng)民參加"新農(nóng)保"有顯著影響。對(duì)此,可以從改善宣傳方式、調(diào)整政策內(nèi)容、完善配套設(shè)施和培養(yǎng)專職"新農(nóng)保"經(jīng)辦隊(duì)伍四個(gè)方面來(lái)切實(shí)推進(jìn)"新農(nóng)保"工作,以盡早實(shí)現(xiàn)"新農(nóng)保"的全覆蓋。
[Abstract]:The influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in insurance are the key to the smooth advancement of the new rural social endowment insurance. Based on the questionnaire survey of rural residents in the pilot area of "New Rural Insurance" in Hunan Province, and using the dual Logistic model to analyze the questionnaire data, the results show that: gender, marital status, the degree of policy understanding, and the channels of understanding. The distribution of pension, the degree of payment convenience and the farmers' cognition about whether the new rural insurance can solve the pension have significant influence on the farmers' participation in the new rural insurance. In view of this, we can improve the propaganda way, adjust the policy content, perfect the supporting facilities and train the full-time "New Rural Insurance" management team to promote the work of "New Rural Insurance", so as to realize the full coverage of "New Rural Insurance" as soon as possible.
