【摘要】：正新型農(nóng)村合作醫(yī)療制度的建立,為保障農(nóng)村居民的健康起到了不可低估的作用。然而,受到諸多因素的制約,新農(nóng)合制度運行過程中日漸顯現(xiàn)出一些隱患,勢必會影響到新農(nóng)合制度的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。影響新農(nóng)合可持續(xù)發(fā)展的幾大隱患(一)個人繳費隱患繳費能力欠缺。對于個人繳費而言,在現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟條件和繳費方式下,我國中東部地區(qū)大多數(shù)農(nóng)村居民是可以承受的,但在經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達的西部地區(qū),大部分農(nóng)村居民人均年純收入不到1萬元,一個5口之家按2015年新農(nóng)合個人繳費
[Abstract]:The establishment of the new rural cooperative medical system plays an important role in protecting the health of rural residents. However, due to the restriction of many factors, some hidden dangers appear gradually in the process of operation of NCMS system, which will inevitably affect the sustainable development of NCMS system. The main problems affecting the sustainable development of NCMS are as follows: (1) lack of ability of individual contribution. In terms of individual contributions, under the existing economic conditions and the mode of payment, most rural residents in the central and eastern part of China can afford to pay, but in the economically underdeveloped western region, the average annual net income of most rural residents is less than 10,000 yuan.
