【摘要】：社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度作為確保公民生存安全的一項(xiàng)基本制度,表現(xiàn)出顯著的身份分層特征,嚴(yán)重背離了社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度應(yīng)該遵循的價(jià)值理念。社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度去身份化正是向基本價(jià)值理念的回歸,對(duì)其改革價(jià)值基礎(chǔ)的研究,可以為社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度改革的合法性和科學(xué)性提供一定的理論支撐,為社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度改革的合理性提供正確的價(jià)值引導(dǎo),使社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度更加彰顯公正、尊嚴(yán)、幸福和人道理念。
[Abstract]:As a basic system to ensure the survival and safety of citizens, the social endowment insurance system shows remarkable characteristics of stratification of identity, which deviates seriously from the value concept that the social endowment insurance system should follow. The deidentity of the social endowment insurance system is the return of the basic value concept. The research on the value basis of the reform can provide certain theoretical support for the legitimacy and scientific nature of the reform of the social endowment insurance system. It provides the correct value guidance for the rationality of the reform of the social old-age insurance system, and makes the social old-age insurance system more manifest the concept of justice, dignity, happiness and humanity.
