【摘要】：馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)中蘊含著豐富的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)思想。通過對馬克思的價值規(guī)律理論、技術(shù)進步理論、社會再生產(chǎn)理論、利潤平均化理論和虛擬經(jīng)濟理論進行梳理,可以挖掘關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)及其調(diào)整的重要論斷,分析其對供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的啟示,認(rèn)為要有效化解過剩產(chǎn)能、擴大中高端供給,彌補農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展短板、提高要素配置效率、防范各類金融風(fēng)險,須以馬克思的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)思想作為制定經(jīng)濟政策的理論指導(dǎo),構(gòu)建起供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Marxist political economy contains rich ideas of industrial structure. Through Marx's theory of the law of value, the theory of technological progress, the theory of social reproduction. The theory of profit averaging and the theory of virtual economy can excavate the important conclusions about the industrial structure and its adjustment, analyze its enlightenment to the supply-side structural reform, and think that it is necessary to effectively resolve the excess capacity. It is necessary to take Marx's thought of industrial structure as the theoretical guide to make up for the shortage of agricultural development, to improve the efficiency of factor allocation and to guard against all kinds of financial risks. To construct the theoretical basis of Marxist political economy for structural reform on the supply side.
