【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧是精準(zhǔn)扶貧的核心和抓手,產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧的效果直接推動(dòng)著精準(zhǔn)扶貧的進(jìn)程。因此,產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧的反貧困效益分析對于進(jìn)一步的產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧布局與優(yōu)化具有重要的實(shí)踐和理論意義。本文以達(dá)茂旗種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧作為研究對象,以種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧的反貧困效益為研究重點(diǎn),梳理了達(dá)茂旗經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,總結(jié)了達(dá)茂旗反貧困的主要做法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。采取宏、微觀數(shù)據(jù),使用主觀與客觀相結(jié)合的確權(quán)方法,分析評(píng)價(jià)了達(dá)茂旗各種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)貧困的反貧困效益。.本研究認(rèn)為達(dá)茂旗種植業(yè)反貧困效果顯著,主要的種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)反貧困效益排序依次為馬鈴薯、油料、小麥、蕎麥和莜麥,這一結(jié)論對未來種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整提供理論支持。盡管如此,達(dá)茂旗的種植業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧仍然存在產(chǎn)業(yè)布局不合理、訂單式扶貧效果有限、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品牌化程度低、農(nóng)田水利設(shè)施發(fā)展緩慢、貧困人口受教育程度低、農(nóng)牧業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)輻射范圍狹窄等六個(gè)問題,對此,本文依次從七個(gè)方面提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial poverty alleviation is the core and grasp of precision poverty alleviation, and the effect of industry poverty alleviation directly promotes the process of precision poverty alleviation. The analysis of the anti-poverty benefit of industry poverty alleviation has important practical and theoretical significance for the further layout and optimization of industrial poverty alleviation. This paper takes the planting industry poverty alleviation in Damao Banner as the research object. This paper focuses on the anti-poverty benefit of planting industry, combs the economic development and agricultural development of Damao Banner, summarizes the main methods and experiences of anti-poverty in Damao Banner, and adopts macro and micro data. By combining subjective and objective right method, this paper analyzes and evaluates the anti-poverty benefit of various planting industries in Damao Banner. This study shows that the anti-poverty effect of planting industry in Damao Banner is remarkable. The order of anti-poverty benefit of main planting industry is potato, oil, wheat, buckwheat and naked oats. This conclusion provides theoretical support for the adjustment of poverty alleviation structure of planting industry in the future. The poverty alleviation of planting industry in Damao Banner still exists unreasonable industrial distribution, the effect of ordering poverty alleviation is limited, the level of agricultural products branding is low, the development of farmland and water conservancy facilities is slow, and the poor people have a low level of education. There are six problems, such as narrow range of driving radiation of leading enterprises in agriculture and animal husbandry. In this paper, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from seven aspects in turn.
