【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的進(jìn)步帶動(dòng)作用已經(jīng)是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)實(shí)踐中的不爭(zhēng)事實(shí)。經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理程度廣義上決定著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量,而經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)又受制于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu),做好了產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)研究就意味著經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的合理規(guī)劃實(shí)現(xiàn)一半。揚(yáng)州作為江蘇中部城市之一,發(fā)展具有起步晚、發(fā)展快、后勁足等特點(diǎn),其城市發(fā)展特質(zhì)在蘇中是具有一定代表性的。要實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變、發(fā)展動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)換,研究揚(yáng)州產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)情況是不錯(cuò)的選擇。本文在借鑒前人研究基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合揚(yáng)州地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展變遷實(shí)際,充分梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外本專題研究進(jìn)展,為揚(yáng)州市產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)補(bǔ)充一些基本性研究。本文通過對(duì)揚(yáng)州1990年至2015年間投資結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,從宏觀上勾畫了揚(yáng)州產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷歷程,并對(duì)波動(dòng)情況進(jìn)行分析;從微觀上對(duì)揚(yáng)州的代表性行業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,尋找更有利于促進(jìn)揚(yáng)州產(chǎn)業(yè)投資績(jī)效的行業(yè)。然后根據(jù)前人研究進(jìn)展,結(jié)合揚(yáng)州地方實(shí)際先研究三大產(chǎn)業(yè)整體情況,后研究行業(yè)細(xì)分的由大到小思路對(duì)揚(yáng)州產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行定性定量分析。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果和分析給出揚(yáng)州市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)投資存在的問題和對(duì)策建議。認(rèn)為在三大產(chǎn)業(yè)投資方向上要加大第一產(chǎn)業(yè)投資力度,鞏固農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)性地位,進(jìn)一步調(diào)整第二產(chǎn)業(yè)投資布局,促進(jìn)形成創(chuàng)新科學(xué)投資體系,不斷拓寬第三產(chǎn)業(yè)投資空間,帶動(dòng)三產(chǎn)提質(zhì)增效,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)主要行業(yè)上要重視在重點(diǎn)行業(yè)引資引項(xiàng)目、大力發(fā)展新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)、順應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)趨勢(shì),擴(kuò)大物流行業(yè)投資效率。本文由五個(gè)章節(jié)構(gòu)成,第一,先總結(jié)了前人研究概況,有較早的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論,也有近年來國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)最新研究成果。第二,結(jié)合近25年來?yè)P(yáng)州產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論分析了揚(yáng)州產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)的演進(jìn)、現(xiàn)狀和產(chǎn)業(yè)投資績(jī)效問題;第三,根據(jù)揚(yáng)州地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)際,選取了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)具有代表性的17個(gè)行業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,同時(shí)本著科學(xué)全面和創(chuàng)新的原則制定了產(chǎn)業(yè)投資績(jī)效的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過計(jì)算得出了綜合績(jī)效排名,結(jié)合排序與近年揚(yáng)州產(chǎn)業(yè)政策對(duì)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,最后從產(chǎn)業(yè)整體角度和行業(yè)細(xì)分角度分別提出相應(yīng)的投資政策建議,為揚(yáng)州產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)更好更快實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越提供參考。本文通過對(duì)揚(yáng)州市產(chǎn)業(yè)投資結(jié)構(gòu)由大到小的分析,從兩方面提出了投資結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的建議,這一建議對(duì)避免出現(xiàn)地方重復(fù)建設(shè)和盲目投資現(xiàn)象,響應(yīng)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革要求,推動(dòng)“聚力創(chuàng)新、聚焦富民,高水平全面建成小康社會(huì)”及對(duì)促進(jìn)揚(yáng)州的經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又穩(wěn)發(fā)展有著重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The development of industrial investment structure on economic and social progress is the leading role in the practice of economics is an indisputable fact. A reasonable degree of economic structure in general decides the economic development level and the quality of economic development, and economic structure depends on the industrial investment structure and industrial structure, the research on industrial investment structure means the rational planning of economic structure the half. Yangzhou is one of the central city of Jiangsu, the development has started late, rapid development, full of potential and other characteristics, the city development characteristics are representative in the Soviet Union. To achieve economic growth mode transformation, transformation of development power of Yangzhou, the industrial investment structure is a good choice in this paper. From the previous research basis, combined with the actual development of economic and social changes in Yangzhou region, this topic fully carding research progress at home and abroad, for industry investment in Yangzhou City Some of the basic research of structure. In this paper, through the analysis of Yangzhou from 1990 to 2015, the investment structure of the relevant data, from the macro outline of changes in the course of industry investment structure in Yangzhou, and the fluctuation is analyzed; from the micro to the Yangzhou representative industry empirical analysis, looking for more conducive to the promotion of investment performance of Yangzhou industry the industry. Then on the basis of previous research, to study the actual overall situation of three major industries of Yangzhou, after the study of industry segments from large to small investment on Yangzhou's industrial structure of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, according to the problems and Countermeasures of the empirical results and analysis are given. The industrial structure of Yangzhou city investment in the investment direction of the three major industries to increase investment in primary industry efforts to consolidate the basic position of agriculture, further adjust the layout of the second industrial investment, promote the formation of The innovation of scientific investment system, expanding the third industry investment space, driven by the three production quality and efficiency, the main industry in the national economy should pay attention to the key industries in foreign investment projects, the development of new energy industries, conform to the trend, the expansion of investment efficiency of logistics industry. This paper consists of five chapters, the first, first summarizes the previous research the traditional economic theory of early, also has the latest research achievements of the industrial investment structure in China in recent years. In second, with nearly 25 years of investment structure of Yangzhou industry related data, using the gray correlation analysis theory of the evolution of the Yangzhou industrial investment structure, industry status and performance of investment; third, according to the local economy in Yangzhou the reality of social development, selects 17 industries of the national economy representative empirical analysis, while the spirit of scientific and innovation to make the principle of industrial investment performance The evaluation index, obtained by calculating the comprehensive performance ranking, ranking and combining in Yangzhou industrial policy on key industries are analyzed, finally from the perspective of whole industry and industry subdivision angle are put forward corresponding policy suggestions for investment, Yangzhou industrial investment structure better and faster to achieve across the reference. Based on Yangzhou city investment by industry analysis to the small, the investment structure optimization suggestions from two aspects, the suggestion to avoid local repeated construction and blind investment phenomenon, the supply side response of structural reforms to promote cohesion and innovation, focusing on enriching the people, a high level of building a well-off society and to promote Yangzhou's economic development is good and steady of great significance.
