【摘要】：隨著目前我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)變遷的不斷創(chuàng)新、不斷更迭,武術(shù)的發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展不斷地相融,緊密的聯(lián)系在了一起。作為一種傳統(tǒng)文化,武術(shù)在現(xiàn)代社會中要取得不斷的發(fā)展就必須走市場化運(yùn)作的道路。登封市的武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展在全國極具代表性,經(jīng)過近20年的發(fā)展,登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)初步形成了一定的規(guī)模,形成了武術(shù)培訓(xùn)、武術(shù)產(chǎn)品、武術(shù)旅游、武術(shù)文化演藝四大板塊組成的產(chǎn)業(yè)化格局,但在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織等各方面還存在一些問題,武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨較多的困難與瓶頸,為促進(jìn)登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展,充分發(fā)揮武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)所能為登封市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造的價(jià)值,就必須對登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、優(yōu)勢潛力、成長階段以及面臨的問題及對策進(jìn)行研究,為登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)未來的發(fā)展做出更為合理的建議,這正是本研究的意義所在。本研究將運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法對登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及可行的改進(jìn)對策進(jìn)行分析研究。首先,對已有的有關(guān)研究登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行分析,指出已有研究的價(jià)值及不足之處；其次,將產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論引入到武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展研究中來,從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變理論、區(qū)域分工理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期理論三個(gè)核心理論入手,分析這些理論所揭示的發(fā)展規(guī)律,通過產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變理論分析目前登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀中存在的缺陷,通過區(qū)域分工理論分析登封市發(fā)展武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的必要性及優(yōu)勢所在,通過產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期理論分析目前登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所處的階段,研究其未來的發(fā)展方向；再次,結(jié)合登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,從產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)、管理體制、文化宣傳、競賽體系、人才培養(yǎng)、金融體系、景區(qū)設(shè)施等各方面深入分析登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)目前發(fā)展存在的問題,最后有針對性的提出解決對策。根據(jù)上述研究,本文認(rèn)為目前登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展正處于成長階段,政府應(yīng)充分利用登封市武術(shù)資源豐富的特點(diǎn),政府應(yīng)系統(tǒng)制定武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,改善產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)；制定行業(yè)行政管理法規(guī),規(guī)范行業(yè)間競爭秩序；深化武術(shù)文化內(nèi)涵,增強(qiáng)武術(shù)文化宣傳力度；全面推進(jìn)武術(shù)段位制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),完善武術(shù)競賽體系建設(shè)；培育高端武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)人才,推動武術(shù)金融體系建設(shè)；加大武術(shù)旅游景區(qū)資金投入,完善景區(qū)設(shè)施建設(shè)。通過這些舉措推動登封市武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)真正意義上的全面可持續(xù)發(fā)展,為推動我國武術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)乃至于中國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速有序發(fā)展提供良好的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the innovation and change of the market economy in our country, the development of Wushu and the development of economy are closely related. As a traditional culture, Wushu must follow the road of marketization in order to achieve continuous development in modern society. The development of the Wushu industry in Dengfeng is extremely representative in the whole country. After nearly 20 years of development, the Wushu industry in Dengfeng has initially formed a certain scale, forming Wushu training, Wushu products, Wushu Tourism, Although there are still some problems in the industrial structure, industrial policy, industrial organization and so on, the development of Wushu industry faces many difficulties and bottlenecks. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the Wushu industry in Dengfeng City and to give full play to the value that the Wushu Industry can create for the economic development of Dengfeng City, it is necessary to give full play to the present development situation, structural characteristics and superiority potential of the Wushu Industry in Dengfeng City. In order to make more reasonable suggestions for the future development of Dengfeng Wushu industry, it is the significance of this study. This research will use the literature method, the investigation method, the logic analysis method to the Dengfeng martial arts industry development present situation, the existence question and the feasible improvement countermeasure carries on the analysis research. Firstly, the paper analyzes the literature of Dengfeng Wushu industry, and points out the value and deficiency of the research. Secondly, it introduces the theory of industrial economy into the research of Wushu industry development, and introduces the theory of industrial structure evolution into the development of Wushu industry. Starting with the three core theories of regional division of labor and industrial life cycle theory, this paper analyzes the development laws revealed by these theories, and analyzes the defects in the present situation of Wushu industrial structure in Dengfeng City through the theory of evolution of industrial structure. Through the regional division of labor theory to analyze the necessity and advantages of the development of Wushu industry in Dengfeng City, through the industry life cycle theory to analyze the current stage of the development of Wushu industry in Dengfeng City, to study its future development direction; third, Combined with the present situation of the Wushu industry in Dengfeng City, the problems existing in the development of Wushu industry in Dengfeng City are deeply analyzed from the following aspects: industrial chain structure, management system, cultural propaganda, competition system, talent training, financial system, scenic area facilities, etc. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward. According to the above research, this paper holds that the development of Wushu industry in Dengfeng is in the growing stage at present, the government should make full use of the rich resources of Wushu in Dengfeng, and the government should formulate the Wushu industry development plan systematically and improve the structure of industrial chain. To formulate industry administrative regulations, standardize the order of competition between industries, deepen the connotation of Wushu culture, strengthen the propaganda of Wushu culture, comprehensively promote the standardization of Wushu Duan system, and perfect the Wushu competition system construction; Cultivate high-end Wushu industry talents, promote Wushu financial system construction, increase the investment of Wushu tourist area funds, perfect scenic area facilities construction. Through these measures to promote the Dengfeng Wushu industry to achieve a true sense of sustainable development, for the promotion of China's Wushu industry and even the rapid and orderly development of China's sports industry to provide a good reference.
