【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展與其所在區(qū)域內(nèi)環(huán)境污染之間的影響關(guān)系一直備受關(guān)注.本文選取河南省4個經(jīng)濟區(qū)域內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)2005-2014的面板數(shù)據(jù),通過VEC模型對河南省產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚發(fā)展與環(huán)境污染之間的影響關(guān)系以及這種影響的區(qū)域異質(zhì)性進行實證分析.研究結(jié)果表明:河南省不同經(jīng)濟區(qū)域內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚程度與該區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)單位產(chǎn)值的環(huán)境污染程度之間存在長期的穩(wěn)定關(guān)系,但二者之間不具有必然的因果關(guān)系;由于區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚類型和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展階段存在差異,二者之間的影響程度也存在明顯的區(qū)域異質(zhì)性.最后,從產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚健康發(fā)展和保護區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境的角度提出相關(guān)建議.
[Abstract]:The relationship between the development of industrial agglomeration and the environmental pollution in its area has been paid more and more attention. This paper selects the panel data of industrial agglomeration zones in four economic regions of Henan Province from 2005 to 2014, and empirically analyzes the relationship between the development of industrial agglomeration and environmental pollution and the regional heterogeneity of such effects through VEC model. The results show that there is a long-term stable relationship between the degree of industrial agglomeration in different economic regions of Henan Province and the degree of environmental pollution per unit output value of the region's industrial agglomeration area, but there is no inevitable causal relationship between them; Because there are differences in the types of regional industrial agglomeration and the stage of industrial development, there is also obvious regional heterogeneity between the two types of industrial agglomeration. Finally, from the point of view of the healthy development of industrial agglomeration and the protection of regional ecological environment, relevant suggestions are put forward.
