【摘要】：現(xiàn)今,宋河鎮(zhèn)是京山縣的縣域附屬中心、京山縣北部的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化中心和重要交通樞紐,并且成為全國(guó)、全省的重點(diǎn)中心鎮(zhèn)、荊門(mén)市“鎮(zhèn)級(jí)市”建設(shè)試點(diǎn)鎮(zhèn)。宋河鎮(zhèn)的特殊的地位使得政府提高了對(duì)它的關(guān)注度。把宋河鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)好,才能最大程度上實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)。宋河鎮(zhèn)建成于明朝的中期,至今已有四百多年的歷史。昔日宋河鎮(zhèn)因位于大富水河旁,水運(yùn)便利,與三陽(yáng)、應(yīng)城、漢口等地通航,交通便利。21世紀(jì)以來(lái),宋河鎮(zhèn)憑借其交通便利、區(qū)位優(yōu)越、土地肥沃、物產(chǎn)富集、人才輩出,在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,以鎮(zhèn)域城市建設(shè)為重點(diǎn),優(yōu)先發(fā)展工業(yè),同時(shí),大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),加大人民的社會(huì)保障,積極發(fā)展富農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文研究則是以宋河鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為依據(jù),客觀解剖了宋河鎮(zhèn)在當(dāng)代生活中的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、發(fā)展現(xiàn)象和作用等幾個(gè)實(shí)際指導(dǎo)方向,從而提出了利于宋河鎮(zhèn)新局勢(shì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的理論:為鎮(zhèn)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展選擇有發(fā)展前景的主心產(chǎn)業(yè);將宋河鎮(zhèn)選定為發(fā)展目標(biāo),在原始產(chǎn)業(yè)政策與新型產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的雙管齊下的政策下,實(shí)現(xiàn)宋河鎮(zhèn)與“中部農(nóng)谷”雙方產(chǎn)業(yè)的共同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, Songhe Town is the affiliated center of Jingshan County, the economic and cultural center and important transportation hub in the northern part of Jingshan County, and has become the key center town of the whole country and the whole province, and the pilot town of Jingmen "town level city". The special status of Song he Town makes the government pay more attention to it. Only by building the town of Song he well can we realize the modernization of the country to the greatest extent. The town of Song River was built in the middle of the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years. The former town of Song he was located next to the river of great wealth, convenient water transportation, and navigation with Sanyang, Yingcheng, Hankou and other places. Since the 21st century, the town of Song he has relied on its convenient transportation, superior location, fertile land, rich products, and a large number of talented people. Under the condition of market economy, priority should be given to the development of industry by focusing on the urban construction in the town area. At the same time, we should vigorously develop modern agriculture, increase the social security of the people, and actively develop the rich peasant industry. On the basis of the present situation of the development of Song he Town, this paper objectively dissects the economic status, development phenomenon and function of Song he Town in contemporary life. Therefore, the paper puts forward the theory that is conducive to the economic development of the new situation in the town of Song he: selecting the main industry with prospects for the economic development of the town, selecting the town of Song he as the development target, under the policy of combining the original industrial policy with the new industrial policy. To achieve the common development of both industries of Song River Town and the Central Agricultural Valley.
