基于家庭生命周期與人格特質(zhì)的臺(tái)灣休閑旅游民宿選擇動(dòng)機(jī)研究

【摘要】:1998年臺(tái)灣地區(qū)實(shí)施隔周休二日,2001年開始全面實(shí)施周休二日后,臺(tái)灣居民投入休閑活動(dòng)的時(shí)間更充足,給觀光產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了更大的發(fā)展空間,其中民宿產(chǎn)業(yè)的崛起是人們旅游方式轉(zhuǎn)變的表征。如果旅游時(shí)間達(dá)兩日以上,旅客對(duì)于住宿的安排就必須在行前進(jìn)行周密的考慮。昔日,旅客住宿的供應(yīng)都是由旅館業(yè)提供,但若碰上旅游旺季或是假日往往會(huì)造成觀光地的旅館房間供應(yīng)不足的現(xiàn)象,因此為解決住宿不足的問題民宿便開始發(fā)展,其特點(diǎn)與一般的旅館有著極大的不同,除了便于與旅客交流認(rèn)識(shí)外,旅客更能擁有一般在旅館無法享受到的人情味及家的溫馨感。民宿與一般的旅館、渡假中心最大的不同之處是除了提供基本的住宿之外,更是由硬件設(shè)施轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾睦韺用娴臐M足。 過去有關(guān)觀光旅游的研究大多是偏向于探討行為意圖或是觀光意向,或者是對(duì)于旅游景點(diǎn)的滿意度及重游意愿等。而有關(guān)家庭生命周期及人格特質(zhì)的研究雖然運(yùn)用在很多不同的研究領(lǐng)域,但使用在與選擇民宿相關(guān)的議題上還實(shí)屬罕見。因此本研究認(rèn)為有必要進(jìn)行更深入的探討以了解這些變量是否確能影響游客對(duì)于選擇民宿住宿的動(dòng)機(jī)。若假設(shè)結(jié)果成立,,即能將結(jié)果提供給臺(tái)灣民宿協(xié)會(huì)或臺(tái)灣各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的游客中心與民宿業(yè)者作為引導(dǎo)未來民宿業(yè)者的參考依據(jù)。 本研究主要在于了解民宿旅客在不同的家庭生命周期的階段與不同的人格特質(zhì)對(duì)于選擇民宿住宿的動(dòng)機(jī)是否存在顯著差異。參考學(xué)者在家庭生命周期階段的劃分方式,本研究將家庭生命周期階段實(shí)際分為九個(gè)階段;人格特質(zhì)方面將采用武斷性人格特質(zhì)的劃分方法將人格特質(zhì)分為封閉性人格與開放性人格。通過實(shí)地問卷調(diào)查,實(shí)際發(fā)放450份問卷,其中有效問卷401份。依照探索性因子分析結(jié)果,將選擇民宿住宿動(dòng)機(jī)劃分為三個(gè)因子:休閑與紓壓、地方特色與民宿形象、人際交流的需求。經(jīng)過實(shí)證研究的分析發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)不同家庭生命周期階段由于面對(duì)的壓力不同,例如學(xué)生與工作者;無子女夫婦與有子女夫婦;最小子女年齡0歲至17歲與最小子女年齡18歲以上等,因此家庭生命周期階段的不同在選擇民宿住宿動(dòng)機(jī)上存在顯著差異。(2)不同的人格特質(zhì),封閉性人格與開放性人格由于情緒表現(xiàn)與對(duì)新環(huán)境、信息與人際關(guān)系等的處理方式皆不同,因此人格特質(zhì)的不同在選擇民宿住宿動(dòng)機(jī)上存在顯著差異。
[Abstract]:In 1998, the Taiwan area implemented the second week off every other day, and two days after the full implementation of the weekly break in 2001, Taiwan residents had more time to invest in leisure activities, which provided a greater space for the development of the tourism industry. Among them, the rise of residential industry is the symbol of the change of people's tourism mode. If the travel time is more than two days, passengers must carefully consider the accommodation arrangements before the trip. In the past, the supply of tourist accommodation was provided by the hotel and guesthouse industry. However, if there were peak tourist seasons or holidays, there would often be a shortage of hotel rooms for sightseeing destinations. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of inadequate accommodation, lodging began to develop. Its characteristics are greatly different from the general hotel, in addition to the convenience of communication and understanding with the passengers, passengers can also have a general hotel can not enjoy the human and the warmth of the feeling of home. The biggest difference between lodging and general hotels, vacation centers, is that, in addition to providing basic accommodation, they are transformed from hardware facilities to psychological satisfaction. In the past, most of the researches on sightseeing tend to discuss the behavioral intention or tourist intention, or the satisfaction and revisiting intention of tourist attractions and so on. Although the research on family life cycle and personality traits is used in many different research fields, it is rare to use it on issues related to the choice of lodging. Therefore, this study suggests that it is necessary to explore whether these variables can influence the motivation of tourists to choose lodging. If the results are valid, the results can be provided to the tourist centers and residents of Taiwan's townships and townships as the reference basis to guide the future residents. The main purpose of this study is to find out whether there are significant differences in the motivations of residential lodgings between different family life cycle stages and different personality traits. Referring to the way that scholars divide the family life cycle stage, this study divides the family life cycle stage into nine stages; In terms of personality traits, arbitrary personality traits are divided into closed personality and open personality. Through the field survey, 450 questionnaires were issued, of which 401 were valid. According to the result of exploratory factor analysis, the motive of choosing lodging is divided into three factors: leisure and relief, local characteristics and the image of lodging, and the need of interpersonal communication. The empirical analysis shows that: (1) different family life cycle stages face different pressures, such as students and workers, childless couples and childless couples; The youngest girl was 0 to 17 years old and the youngest girl was over 18 years old, so there were significant differences in the choice of accommodation motivation in the family life cycle. (2) different personality traits; The closed personality and the open personality are different because of the different emotional expression and the way of dealing with the new environment, the information and the interpersonal relationship, so there are significant differences in the choice of accommodation motivation between the different personality traits.
