【摘要】：隨著城市旅游的發(fā)展，城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究日益受到學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注。本文選取洛陽(yáng)市為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)學(xué)的理論和方法，探討城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響要素，運(yùn)用相關(guān)模型和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析，進(jìn)而對(duì)洛陽(yáng)的城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行定量評(píng)價(jià)，全面測(cè)度這個(gè)城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平，并將洛陽(yáng)和西安城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力各要素對(duì)比分析，找出洛陽(yáng)市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題，最后提出洛陽(yáng)市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升對(duì)策。本文共包括五部分： 第一部分為：緒論。闡述了城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的背景，研究的目的、意義，，以及國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究評(píng)述，并簡(jiǎn)要介紹了本文研究?jī)?nèi)容，研究思路和方法。 第二部分為：城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力基礎(chǔ)理論。首先界定了城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力概念及內(nèi)涵，然后介紹了城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究所涉及的相關(guān)理論。 第三部分為：影響城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力概述。主要是從城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力要素分析，城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論模型以及城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成的機(jī)制分析幾個(gè)方面對(duì)城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了闡述。 第四部分為：城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)。首先，介紹了評(píng)價(jià)的指導(dǎo)思想和原則以及評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容；其次，介紹了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建；最后，介紹了評(píng)價(jià)方法的選擇與應(yīng)用。 第五部分為：對(duì)洛陽(yáng)城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的實(shí)證分析。首先，是對(duì)洛陽(yáng)的城市概況做了概括介紹并具體介紹了洛陽(yáng)旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力要素的發(fā)展情況，然后綜合介紹了洛陽(yáng)旅游業(yè)的整體發(fā)展情況。其次，選取西安作為對(duì)比對(duì)象，通過(guò)對(duì)比分析找出洛陽(yáng)城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)及發(fā)展中存在的問題。最后，針對(duì)這些問題和不足提出提升洛陽(yáng)城市旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban tourism, the research on the competitiveness of urban tourism has been paid more and more attention. This article selects Luoyang as the research object, through using the economics and the competition science theory and the method, discusses the influence factor of the city tourism competition ability, uses the correlation model and the appraisal index system to carry on the appraisal analysis to the city tourism competition ability. Then, the paper quantitatively evaluates Luoyang's tourism competitiveness, measures the level of the city's tourism competitiveness, compares and analyzes the factors of Luoyang and Xi'an 's urban tourism competitiveness, and finds out the problems existing in the development of Luoyang's tourism industry. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the tourism competitiveness of Luoyang. This paper includes five parts: the first part is introduction. This paper expounds the background, purpose and significance of the study on the competitiveness of urban tourism, as well as comments on the research of the competitiveness of urban tourism at home and abroad, and briefly introduces the research contents, research ideas and methods of this paper. The second part is the basic theory of urban tourism competitiveness. This paper first defines the concept and connotation of urban tourism competitiveness, and then introduces the related theories involved in the research of urban tourism competitiveness. The third part is an overview of the competitiveness of urban tourism. This paper expounds the competitiveness of urban tourism from the following aspects: the analysis of the elements of urban tourism competitiveness, the theoretical model of urban tourism competitiveness and the mechanism of formation of urban tourism competitiveness. The fourth part is the evaluation of the competitiveness of urban tourism. First, it introduces the guiding ideology and principle of evaluation and the content of evaluation; secondly, it introduces the construction of evaluation index system; finally, it introduces the selection and application of evaluation methods. The fifth part is the empirical analysis of Luoyang city tourism competitiveness. First of all, the general situation of Luoyang city is introduced, and the development of tourism competitive factors in Luoyang is introduced in detail, and then the overall development of tourism industry in Luoyang is comprehensively introduced. Secondly, Xi'an is chosen as the contrast object to find out the advantages and disadvantages of Luoyang's tourism competitiveness and the problems existing in its development. Finally, in view of these problems and shortcomings, this paper puts forward the strategies to enhance the competitiveness of Luoyang city tourism.
