【摘要】：現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)是農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的新階段,大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),能夠確保糧食安全,促進農(nóng)民增收,推動社會主義新農(nóng)村的建設(shè)。本文在分析寧德市蕉城區(qū)特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展條件的基礎(chǔ)上,認為蕉城區(qū)特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)在區(qū)位交通、生態(tài)資源、社會經(jīng)濟等方面優(yōu)勢明顯,但也有著農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平不高、農(nóng)業(yè)配套服務能力不足、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)成本增加等劣勢。同時,既面臨強農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策推行、環(huán)三都澳區(qū)域開發(fā)等機遇,也面對著農(nóng)業(yè)開發(fā)融資困難、土地流轉(zhuǎn)難度較大的挑戰(zhàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了其特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展布局以及發(fā)展重點,分別是霍童溪生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟區(qū)、寧古線綠色高優(yōu)農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)、三都澳沿海特色農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū),發(fā)展重點產(chǎn)業(yè)包括糧油、水果、蔬菜、中草藥、茶、食用菌、林竹、花卉苗木、畜牧和休閑農(nóng)業(yè)等。與此同時,提出了加強市場主導地位、發(fā)揮“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)”作用、加強金融支持力度、配套綜合服務保障等寧德市蕉城區(qū)特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展對策建議。
[Abstract]:Modern agriculture is a new stage of agricultural development. Vigorously developing modern agriculture can ensure food security and boost farmers' income. On the basis of analyzing the development conditions of modern agriculture with characteristics in Jiaocheng District, Ningde City, this paper thinks that modern agriculture with characteristics in Jiaocheng District has obvious advantages in regional transportation, ecological resources, social economy, etc. However, there are also disadvantages such as low level of agricultural industrialization, insufficient agricultural supporting service capacity, increasing agricultural production costs, and so on. At the same time, they are faced with opportunities such as the implementation of strong agricultural benefits policy and regional development around Sanduao, as well as the difficulties in financing agricultural development. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward its characteristic modern agricultural development layout and development emphases, which are Huo Tong Xi Eco-agricultural Economic Zone, Ninggu Line Green High quality Agriculture area, Sanduao Coastal characteristic Agriculture area, etc. Key industries include grain, oil, fruit, vegetables, Chinese herbal medicine, tea, edible fungi, forest bamboo, flowers and seedlings, animal husbandry and leisure agriculture. At the same time, it is proposed to strengthen the dominant position of the market and play the role of "modern agriculture on the Internet." Strengthening financial support, supporting comprehensive services, and so on Ningde Jiaocheng District characteristics of modern agricultural development countermeasures.
