【摘要】：本研究聚焦土地使用規(guī)定,在梳理國家、江蘇省和南京市相關(guān)土地使用規(guī)定條文的基礎(chǔ)上,圖解主要條文并設(shè)計了符合規(guī)定的法規(guī)理論模型,然后通過選取街廓案例切片,采用對比分析法,對案例街廓的實際現(xiàn)狀與符合法規(guī)的理論模型進(jìn)行圖示比較,分析用地比例、地塊劃分和地塊指標(biāo)等規(guī)定控制對城市街廓平面用地形態(tài)、地塊建筑群體布局形態(tài)的影響關(guān)系,最后得出相關(guān)規(guī)定在對街廓平面用地比例、地塊開發(fā)量等控制到位的同時,也導(dǎo)致了城市街廓平面紛亂的形態(tài)肌理,影響到城市物質(zhì)環(huán)境的外貌的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:This study focuses on the land use regulations. On the basis of combing the relevant land use provisions of the state, Jiangsu Province and Nanjing, the main provisions are illustrated and a theoretical model of laws and regulations in accordance with the regulations is designed, and then the street profile cases are selected to slice the sections. By using the comparative analysis method, the paper compares the actual situation of the case street profile with the theoretical model in accordance with the laws and regulations, analyzes the proportion of land use, the division of land plots and the land block index, and so on, and controls the shape of the urban street profile flat land use. Finally, the influence of relevant regulations on the proportion of land across the street, the amount of land development and so on is in place, which also leads to the chaos of the shape and texture of the urban street. Conclusions that affect the physical appearance of the urban environment.
