【摘要】：在當前中國農(nóng)政變遷過程中,出現(xiàn)了一類既非小農(nóng)、也非資本家的新型農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)者——"小資本生產(chǎn)者"�；�于農(nóng)民分化視角,文章認為小資本生產(chǎn)者是小農(nóng)在農(nóng)民分化過程中,走上"資產(chǎn)化"道路的表征,并進一步探討了小資本生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生的六個主要條件。就當前中國狀況來說,在國家和資本的共同作用下,小資本生產(chǎn)將會在一段時間內(nèi)得到維持,并在中國農(nóng)政變遷的過程中扮演重要的角色。就此而言,小資本生產(chǎn)者群體的興起是當前中國農(nóng)政變遷一個階段性的重要特征。
[Abstract]:In the course of the current change of China's agricultural policy, a new type of agricultural producer, "small capital producer", has emerged, which is neither a small farmer nor a capitalist. Based on the perspective of farmer differentiation, this paper holds that the small capital producer is the representation of the small farmer taking the road of "capitalization" in the process of farmer differentiation, and further discusses the six main conditions for the production of small capital. As far as the current situation in China is concerned, under the joint action of the state and capital, the production of small capital will be maintained for a period of time, and play an important role in the process of China's agricultural and political changes. In this regard, the rise of small capital producer groups is an important feature of the current change of China's agriculture and government.
