　　 Community is the basic unit of society and the "last link" of implementing national policies and measures,providing public services and realizing social reform.As an important basis for national and social governance,the effectiveness and level of community governance bear on social harmony and stability and long-term stability of the country,as well as the smooth realization of comprehensively deepening the overall goal of reform and advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.In strengthening and innovating social governance,the 19 th CPC report proposes to establish a social governance pattern of co-construction and co-governance,and points out that the reform of community governance should be advanced,the focus of social governance should be gradually shifted from the upper level to the lower level,and the power of social organizations should be utilized to promote positive interaction between the government and residents.The construction of rural communities in Dongsheng district started late and is still in the stage of exploration and development.while the achievements in rural community governance are being made,there are still some problems that restrict the development of rural communities.Based on the current situation of rural community development in Dongsheng district and through field investigation and analysis,this paper is intended to summarize the problems existing in rural community governance in Dongsheng district.Among which the more prominent problems are the single governance of rural communities,the low participation of residents,the lack of multi-subject participation,and the overall quality of community work team.with the aid of good governance theory,multi-center governance theory,combining the characteristics of dongsheng district of rural community,put forward some advance dongsheng district of the opinions and Suggestions of rural community governance,First,the government plays the role of guiding and supporting;Second,foster the consciousness of the main body of the residents and improve the enthusiasm of the community residents;Third,to stimulate the vitality of social organizations and give play to the role of multiple subjects;Fourth,strengthen the construction of community talent,to stimulate work vitality.It is hoped that this paper can provide references for further improvement of rural community governance in dongsheng district.
