【摘要】：通過構建經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)度評價指標體系、耦合度模型和協(xié)調(diào)度模型,研究沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境系統(tǒng)耦合的主要因素,并從空間和時序的角度揭示二者的關系。沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對生態(tài)環(huán)境的脅迫作用以及生態(tài)環(huán)境對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的約束性都較大,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展指標中與生態(tài)環(huán)境綜合關聯(lián)程度最大的是經(jīng)濟潛力和經(jīng)濟結(jié)構,生態(tài)環(huán)境指標中與經(jīng)濟綜合關聯(lián)程度最大的是生態(tài)建設和環(huán)境治理;沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境耦合度的三大區(qū)域分異規(guī)律顯著,東北部的撫順市、鐵嶺市經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境系統(tǒng)耦合作用強,南部的鞍山市、本溪市、遼陽市經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境系統(tǒng)耦合作用強度中等,中部及西北部的沈陽市、營口市、阜新市經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境系統(tǒng)耦合作用相對較弱;沈陽經(jīng)濟區(qū)經(jīng)濟與環(huán)境耦合度的時序變動較大,下降—波動—上升的"W"型走向明顯,降低—拮抗—升高的階段性特征顯著。
[Abstract]:Through the construction of economic and environmental coordination degree evaluation index system, coupling degree model and coordination model, the main factors of Shenyang economic zone economy and environment system coupling, and reveals the relationship between the two from the spatial and temporal perspective. The economic development of Shenyang Economic Zone on the ecological environment and ecological environment stress constraints on economic development are large, the economic development index and ecological environment comprehensive correlation degree is the biggest economic potential and economic structure, ecological environment and economic indicators in the most comprehensive related degree is the ecological construction and environmental governance; three regional economic and environmental coupling in Shenyang economic zone of differentiation significantly, northeast of the city of Fushun. Tieling city economy and environment system coupling effect is strong, the southern city of Anshan, Benxi City, Liaoyang City, economic and environment coupling system of medium intensity, central and northwest of Shenyang The coupling effect of economy and environment system in Yingkou city and Fuxin city is relatively weak. The time sequence change of coupling degree between economy and environment in Shenyang economic zone is bigger. The trend of decreasing fluctuation rising W type is obvious, and the phase characteristic of reduction antagonism rising is remarkable.
