【摘要】：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)區(qū)域是區(qū)域管理工作的基礎(chǔ)和前提,對(duì)于保證區(qū)域政策的實(shí)施效果具有重要意義。在對(duì)現(xiàn)有區(qū)域政策選擇作用區(qū)域方式所存在的不足以及區(qū)域政策的實(shí)踐過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)構(gòu)建包含區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、人口結(jié)構(gòu)等三方面信息的區(qū)域相似指數(shù),并利用不同種類的區(qū)域相似指數(shù)對(duì)我國(guó)34個(gè)省級(jí)行政區(qū)域和330個(gè)地級(jí)市的區(qū)域相似指數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)算,在此基礎(chǔ)上按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)區(qū)域的兩個(gè)基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn):地理臨近和區(qū)域同質(zhì)性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將中國(guó)省級(jí)地區(qū)和地級(jí)市地區(qū)分為兩級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)區(qū)域:22個(gè)省級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)區(qū)域(CSR1)和138個(gè)市級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)區(qū)域(CSR2)。最后結(jié)合本文研究結(jié)果以及中國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐過(guò)程指出了未來(lái)中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)區(qū)域體系的完善方向。
[Abstract]:The regional standard is the premise and basis of regional management, has an important significance to ensure the implementation of regional policy. Based on the analysis of existing regional policy practice problems of regional pattern and regional policy, including through the construction of the regional economic structure, industrial structure, population structure and other information three the regional similarity index, and the use of different regional estimates of similar regional index of 34 provincial administrative regions in China and 330 cities of similar index, on the basis of two basic criteria: regional geographical proximity and regional homogeneity criteria will be China provincial and prefecture level city area into two level area: 22 provincial standard area (CSR1) and 138 Municipal standard area (CSR2). Finally, the results of this study and Chinese regional economic development practice The course points out the future direction of China's standard regional system.
