【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)同發(fā)展一直是經(jīng)濟(jì)研究最重要課題之一，而產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展則是其核心部分。中國(guó)城市化發(fā)展的新課題“同城化”則為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供了一種新的思路，因此研究同城化下產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展具有重大的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。寧鎮(zhèn)揚(yáng)地區(qū)作為江蘇省重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)板塊之一，具有連接南北、貫通東西的地理優(yōu)勢(shì)和結(jié)構(gòu)完整、特色明確產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)。實(shí)現(xiàn)寧鎮(zhèn)揚(yáng)地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)江蘇省關(guān)于寧鎮(zhèn)揚(yáng)實(shí)現(xiàn)同城化具有重要的促進(jìn)作用。本文運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)理論，以“寧鎮(zhèn)揚(yáng)同城化”為背景，從必要性和可行性兩個(gè)角度對(duì)于該地區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同進(jìn)行了分析，得出了相應(yīng)的結(jié)論，提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展路徑的政策建議。 首先，在認(rèn)真梳理同城化相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上，綜合分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于同城化下產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論，確立了基本的分析框架。 其次，運(yùn)用了超邊際分析，在一個(gè)改進(jìn)的“2-2-2”模型下對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展有利于提高區(qū)域效用給出了理論解釋，構(gòu)建了在同城化下實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的動(dòng)力基礎(chǔ)。進(jìn)而根據(jù)這一結(jié)論，從演化博弈的角度，分析了新的產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集形成的過(guò)程。 再次，運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)相似系數(shù)、區(qū)位商等方法定量分析了寧鎮(zhèn)揚(yáng)地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，又從定性角度分析了寧鎮(zhèn)揚(yáng)地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的有利條件和不利障礙。通過(guò)建立優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，運(yùn)用主成分方法，，分別計(jì)算得出了南京、鎮(zhèn)江、揚(yáng)州的優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)，進(jìn)而分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的空間和路徑。 最后，根據(jù)以上研究結(jié)果，本文從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、區(qū)域規(guī)劃和市場(chǎng)機(jī)制建立等多個(gè)方面提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of regional economy has always been one of the most important topics in economic research. The coordinated development of industry is the core part of it, and the new subject of urbanization development in China, "the same city", provides a new way of thinking for the development of regional economy. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the coordinated development of industry under the same city. As one of the important economic plates in Jiangsu Province, Ningzhenyang region has the geographical advantages and structural integrity of connecting the north and the south, connecting the east and the west. The characteristics of the clear industrial advantages and the realization of the coordinated development of the industry in Ningzhen-yang area for the realization of Jiangsu Province Ningzhen-yang to realize the city with an important role in promoting. This paper uses the relevant theory of economics. Based on the background of "Ningzhen-yang co-city", this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of realizing industrial coordination in this area, and draws the corresponding conclusions. Some policy suggestions are put forward to realize the coordinated development of industry. First of all, on the basis of combing the related theories of the same city, this paper synthetically analyzes the related theories about the coordinated development of the industry under the same city, and establishes the basic analysis frame. Secondly, by using the super-marginal analysis, this paper gives a theoretical explanation of the industrial coordinated development in order to improve the regional utility under an improved "2-2-2" model. Based on this conclusion, the paper analyzes the forming process of new industry agglomeration from the point of view of evolutionary game. Thirdly, using structural similarity coefficient, location quotient and other methods quantitative analysis of the industrial structure of Ningzhenyang area. From the qualitative point of view, the advantages and disadvantages of the industry development in Ningzhen-yang area are analyzed. Through the establishment of the evaluation index system of superior industries, the main component method is used to calculate respectively Nanjing and Zhenjiang. Yangzhou's superior industry, and then analyzes the space and path of coordinated industrial development. Finally, based on the above research results, this paper puts forward some relevant policy recommendations from infrastructure construction, regional planning and market mechanism.
