【摘要】:以熔融沉積制造技術中常用的基體材料PLA作為對象,通過3D打印實驗,對打印過程中的因素參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化實驗研究。利用單因素實驗法和正交實驗法,以打印時間和打印尺寸誤差為實驗指標,選取層厚、打印速度和噴嘴溫度三個主要因素展開實驗。實驗結果表明,層厚為0.3mm,打印速度為20mm/s,噴嘴溫度為200℃時,可以在保證打印質量的情況下獲得最短打印時間。對打印效率影響程度由大到小依次是層厚,打印速度,噴嘴溫度,并進一步通過實驗驗證。
[Abstract]:In this paper, PLA, a matrix material, which is commonly used in melt deposition manufacturing, is used as the object. Through 3D printing experiment, the factors parameters in the process of printing are optimized and studied. Using single factor experiment method and orthogonal experiment method, three main factors, layer thickness, printing speed and nozzle temperature, are selected to test the printing time and size error. The experimental results show that the shortest printing time can be obtained when the layer thickness is 0.3 mm, the printing speed is 20 mm / s, the nozzle temperature is 200 鈩,
