碳基材料表面TaC涂層的研究進展

【摘要】:碳材料在高溫有氧環(huán)境中的易氧化性極大地制約了其在航天航空領(lǐng)域中的應用,而TaC涂層能夠有效改善碳材料的燒蝕氧化性能。本文綜述了TaC陶瓷涂層改性抗燒蝕氧化C/C復合材料的研究進展,包括單相TaC涂層、復合涂層體系、梯度涂層體系、固溶強化涂層體系和微納結(jié)構(gòu)增韌涂層體系以及TaC涂層的高溫(2000℃)氧化機理。并就目前碳基材料表面TaC涂層研究存在的問題,提出了今后研究的方向。
[Abstract]:The easily oxidizing properties of carbon materials in high temperature aerobic environment greatly restrict their application in aerospace field, and TaC coating can effectively improve the ablative and oxidizing properties of carbon materials.
