一種新的面向多材料增材制造的文件格式

【摘要】:在增材制造領域,常用的STL文件只包含模型的幾何信息,缺少材料信息,不能加工多材料零件。針對此問題,提出了一種新的面向多材料增材制造的文件格式——MMS格式。該文件格式通過向模型的各個空間區(qū)域引入材料索引標識區(qū)域的材料類型(如基本材料和功能梯度材料等),并添加材料分布函數(shù)描述功能梯度材料在空間區(qū)域的材料分布狀況,實現(xiàn)幾何屬性和材料屬性的同時描述。同時在引入材料屬性過程中,為多材料模型加入顏色信息。實例仿真表明,該文件格式可有效描述多材料模型,切片處理獲得的二維層面具有材料信息,能夠應用于增材制造。
[Abstract]:In the field of material augmentation manufacturing, the commonly used STL files only contain geometric information of the model, lack of material information, and can not process multi-material parts. In order to solve this problem, a new file format, MMS format, is proposed. The file format describes the distribution of functionally graded materials in the spatial region by introducing material types (such as basic materials and functionally graded materials, etc.) into each spatial area of the model, and adding a material distribution function to describe the distribution of functionally graded materials in the spatial region. The geometric attributes and the material properties are described at the same time. At the same time, color information is added to the multi-material model in the process of introducing material properties. The simulation results show that the file format can effectively describe the multi-material model, and the two-dimensional layer obtained by slice processing has material information, which can be used in material augmentation manufacturing.
