全復合材料主承力梁結構研制與分析驗證

【摘要】:根據結構特點和受力特性,研制了一種全復合材料主承力梁結構。給出了主梁的鋪層設計,詳述了其成形工藝;贛SC.Patran/Nastran建立了主梁有限元分析模型,采用線性求解器對多級載荷作用下的主梁進行了靜強度分析,給出了結構應變與位移結果。同時設計了強度試驗方案,對主梁結構進行了靜強度試驗驗證,采集了應變與位移信息,確定了結構的響應。結果表明,全復合材料主承力梁結構滿足強度設計要求,為復合材料應用于主承力結構提供了依據。
[Abstract]:According to the structural characteristics and mechanical characteristics, a composite main bearing beam structure was developed. The layer design of the main beam is given, and the forming process is described in detail. The finite element analysis model of the main beam is established based on MSC.Patran/Nastran. The static strength of the main beam under multistage load is analyzed by linear solver, and the results of strain and displacement are given. At the same time, the strength test scheme is designed, the static strength test of the main beam structure is carried out, the information of strain and displacement is collected, and the response of the structure is determined. The results show that the full composite main bearing beam structure meets the requirements of strength design and provides the basis for the application of composite material to the main bearing structure.
