鐵氧化物磁性納米材料模擬酶的應(yīng)用研究進展

【摘要】:鐵氧化物磁性納米材料過氧化物模擬酶催化活性的發(fā)現(xiàn),開啟了納米材料研究的新領(lǐng)域。與天然酶相比,納米材料模擬酶具有易制備、使用范圍廣、催化活性可調(diào)等優(yōu)點。近期,各種新型鐵氧化物磁性納米材料模擬酶被制備出來并用于過氧化氫、葡萄糖、癌癥標(biāo)志物等檢測。鑒于此,簡要總結(jié)了近年來國內(nèi)外磁性氧化鐵納米材料及磁性納米復(fù)合材料模擬酶在光化學(xué)分析、電化學(xué)傳感及有機污染物降解等方面的應(yīng)用研究進展,并對今后可能的研究方向和要點做出展望。
[Abstract]:The discovery of the catalytic activity of iron oxide magnetic nanomaterials with peroxidase mimics opens up a new research field of nanomaterials. Compared with natural enzyme, nano-material mimic enzyme has the advantages of easy preparation, wide range of application and adjustable catalytic activity. Recently, a variety of novel iron oxide magnetic nanomaterials mimic enzymes have been prepared and used for the detection of hydrogen peroxide, glucose, cancer markers and so on. In view of this, the recent advances in the applications of magnetic iron oxide nanomaterials and magnetic nanocomposites mimic enzymes in photochemical analysis, electrochemical sensing and organic pollutant degradation were briefly summarized. The possible research direction and main points in the future are prospected.
