錐管狀LSGM電解質(zhì)支撐的SOFC的研制

【摘要】:以甘氨酸-硝酸鹽燃燒法合成的La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O2.85(LSGM)為原料,阿拉伯樹膠為分散劑,采用注漿成型法制備長度約為10 mm、壁厚為0.2 mm、大口端直徑約為8.5 mm的致密錐管狀LSGM電解質(zhì)管。以質(zhì)量比為7∶3的Ni O-Gd0.1Ce0.9O1.95(GDC)、Sm0.5Sr0.5Co O3(SSC)-GDC分別為陽極、陰極材料,組裝單體固體氧化物燃料電池(SOFC)。以加濕氫氣(含3%H2O)為燃料、空氣為氧化劑,電池在600℃時(shí)的最大輸出功率密度約為87 m W/cm2。交流阻抗譜分析表明:影響電池性能的主要因素是電解質(zhì)的歐姆電阻。
[Abstract]:La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O2.85LSGM synthesized by combustion of glycine and nitrate was used as raw material and Arabic gum as dispersant. The length is about 10 mm and the wall thickness is 0.2 mm by grouting molding. A compact conical tubular LSGM electrolyte tube with a diameter of about 8.5mm at the large mouth end. The Ni-O-Gd0.1Ce0.9O1.95GDCs with a mass ratio of 7: 3 are obtained. Sm0.5Sr0.5Co O _ 3O _ 3 SSC-GDC is anode and cathode material respectively. The monomer solid oxide fuel cell (SOF C) was assembled. The humidified hydrogen (including 3H 2O) was used as fuel and air as oxidant. The maximum output power density of the battery at 600 鈩,
